Audio/Video Quality: I Heart (Love) Amy Ried was presented in the usual 1.33: ratio full frame and 1.85:1 ratio letterboxed widescreen color as the scenes were shot by a variety of directors for a number of titles by New Sensations. The quality of the scenes varied more than a little bit as some were very appealing while others were in need of better attention to detail but I still felt that the overall compilation was handled fairly well and focused on the cutie in question quite nicely. The series has really sold well according to the company president and fans that have passed up on projects in the past (because they would only have a single scene of the object of their lustful desires) seem to find them really solid in terms of value so the minor technical matters aren't as big a factor here. The fleshtones were accurate, the lighting usually good, and the composition of the shots typically good enough to enhance the look of the ladies. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English, with little separation and limited dynamic range but at least the music was not as lame as it could have been in most cases (exceptions noted below).

Body of Review: New Sensations has always listened to fans, albeit slowly reacting to what they heard, so it comes as no surprise that their recent line of compilations were accelerated to address the great many performers that have yet to be focused on in compilations by other companies. The latest title in their series I got to check out was I Heart (Love) Amy Ried, consisting of seven scenes of the gal in action from various titles. For me, she was always a hit or miss kind of gal blessed with a great body and a foul (at times) attitude that nonetheless served to establish her as something different before she left the industry in a huff. If you're a fan that has not bought all of her work at the company, you'll like this one more than I did, although it was less expensive than some of the previous volumes in the series up for sale these days. Here's a quick look at the scenes by movie, cast, and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Supernaturals 4: Amy Ried and Manuel Ferrara started things off in a scene described by Jason as: "It certainly starts off promisingly, with lean (not bony, thankfully), toned (and, of course, sporting a pair of perfectly shaped big naturals) Amy Reid slowly teasing herself by an open window. When her partner arrives, he doesn't waste any time, giving her some oral from behind as she bends over a table for a few minutes before getting behind her and sticking it in. Scene Two: Girl Crazy 7: "Amy Ried and Emilianna were up last as they followed the formulaic program by the couch. They were both lean with barely a couple of pounds of baby fat to spare, and owners of large breasts but while they looked good together, the action was decidedly mechanical most of the time. I wasn't sure if it was one of them sending signals to the other or just the two doing a "gay for pay" act but even though they did the same basic sex tricks as the other couples, they came off as less into it than all the others."

Scene Three: Craving Big Cocks 13: Amy Ried, the hotty on the front DVD cover, was up last and before she left the industry, she really made a mark on it. The technical values were pretty solid most of the time since the scenes were fairly recent compared to the rest of the series but the primary focal point of a rating should always be the performances by the cast and that was the limiting factor this time in regards to strokability, replay value, and fuck for the buck. Still, fans of the gal will likely want to pick up a copy for their very own, making I Heart (Love) Amy Ried one to check out if you have any interest in the gal at all.
