Extra's: The best extra by far was the bonus scene from Big Wet Tits 3 with Nikki Hunter, Gia Paloma, and Jason Hunter on assist. It lasted over 30 minutes and I described it below for those who were not lucky enough to see it the first time. There was also a solid 15.5 minutes of bonus footage where the cast engaged in extra sex, with a cameo role by studly Brandon Iron (newly departed from PXP). Audio/Video Quality: Big Wet Tits 4 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director William H. Nutsack for distribution by Elegant Angel. The camera work was better than average this time with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows but the picture appeared to be somewhat muted this time. This is one area that William can be less consistent so I applaud his efforts at improving quality in his better works; this one seeming to be on the top ten of his recent efforts so I think less critical fans will appreciate it even more. I saw no compression artifacts and the composition of the camera angles strongly favored the female performers better than some of the director's previous, older, works (and on par with his more recent efforts for those in a comparison mode). The 2.0 Dolby Digital English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases. The scenes were largely quiet so those of you into Nutsack's musical interludes might feel left out, the exception being the variety of generic music during the tease montages; none of them applying Nutsack's comedic touches this time.

Body of Review: William H. Nutsack is a shy type of director that prefers to let his work do his talking for him as shown by his increasingly appealing body of titles at Elegant Angel. He provides a different style than many of his peers in the gonzo world, serving the pervert better than the arty-farty couples porn you'll see all over the place.
