Audio/Video Quality: Cheek Freaks was presented in the original 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jazz Duro for release by Evil Angel as part of their Buttman Choice selection. I have really liked most of his work for them and was happy to pick this one up too, noting that the raw energy usually beats out the technical expertise by a wide margin (and Jazz had only dropped the ball significantly once or twice in the past; a solid track record these days). This time, the lighting was again a bit more off then usual with the camera angles often too heavily focused on POV action, even when it was clear that Jazz wasn't operating the equipment. I wasn't too keen on that approach being so common here as the angles did not favor the ladies when they were in action (it worked best for the admittedly pleasing tease portions). The fleshtones were tinted and the editing was weaker then usual, making me wonder if his assistant(s) took the day off when post production time came around. There were some compression artifacts and a few moments when the audio seemed to be out of synchronization but it wasn't the worst looking gonzo title I've seen of late. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital enhanced English with the ladies typically speaking a foreign language while Jazz spoke in his second language for the viewer. The ladies seemed to shy away from much dirty talk in all but a few cases, with the music and vocals sounding distinctly monaural but for the encoding signifying their stereo status.

Body of Review: Evil Angel is undoubtedly one of the top gonzo companies in the porn world these days thanks to their stable of talented, and perverted, directors that provide the kinds of twisted action fans enjoy seeing. One of their newest crop is Jazz Duro, a swarthy guy that appeals to men and women alike as he bones the babes' backdoors, recording their enjoyment in the process. His latest title is Cheek Freaks (not to be confused with Bryan Xin's Cheek Freaks 1 and Cheek Freaks 2); a title that offers up three lengthy scenes of anal fun. The back cover said it like this: "Jazz Duro puts scalding-hot cuties into come-fuck-me duds, shoots extensive, arousing tease footage, then exposes their inner sluttiness with intensive anal training. Girls so insatiable – and so round 'n' curvy where it counts - can only be called Cheek Freaks. Jazz says Brianna Love has the best American ass he's ever seen, and the tease shots he got were too awesome to edit down, so Brianna's scene is an ass-worshipper's marathon. She's lustfully enthusiastic right through a creamy cum facial. Sativa Rose smothers Julie Knight's face in comely Latina butt, but Julie's asshole gets stretched wide with a huge dildo before Jazz pumps it full of prick. Scene One: Brianna Love, the lovely little hotty showcased on the front cover in and out of blue apparel hugging her fine, tight body, was up first with Jazz Duro. I've seen the former RLD contract gal a number of times in the past and thought she was packing substantially greater amounts of junk in her trunk this time. While a little conditioning might be a good idea for the cute young thing, she was as sweet as ever here with her playful attitude shining through as it did on her better scenes in the past. As expected, there was a lot of teasing here, focusing largely on her backside before she got to sit on his face. Fans of lengthy tease will appreciate that she didn't even show her perfect pucker until nearly 16 minutes into the movie, the face sitting with and without her pants on at around 23 minutes, and the blowjob at around the 40 minute mark. I state the times just to give you an idea if it'll be right for you though it worked wonders for me in terms of the energy and heat, not to mention the strokability. She slobbed and bobbed on his knob with enthusiasm and skill, proving she hasn't seen fit to rest on her laurels by improving her craft. She then aggressively and actively rode on his cock with her ass cheeks rippling all over the place as he poked her pussy, soon finding that tight, wet spot not quite enough to satiate his needs. She asked him to fuck her in the ass and that's exactly what he did as she spewed dirty talk as though into it more than a little (performance artistry aside, she would probably make a decent actress). Scene Two: Sativa Rose, one of my favorite Latina hotties, and brunette Julie Knight, a couple of gals also known for their anal antics of late, were up next as they posed in their skimpy lingerie for the benefit of Jazz Duro. Scene Three: Bobbi Starr, an older brunette and blonde Adrianna Nicole were up last as they pranced about in outfits designed to show off their assets nicely. Both of the ladies had nice curves and while not offering up the same kind of beauty Brianna and Sativa had, the experience that Julie offered, or the driven mannerisms of Jazz, they were the perfect match for lothario Steve Holmes after their tease and lesbian action. The emphasis was clearly on anal again, no surprises there, and taste testing with all the usual tricks but aside from the gals not employing much dirty talk, I liked it enough that I might watch it again. It ended with Bobbi taking the wad in her mouth and cumswapping with Adrianna, the swallowing minimal as they kept losing some each time they sent it back and forth.

Summary: Cheek Freaks by director Jazz Duro for release by Evil Angel was well worth a rating of Recommended for the levels of strokability, replay value, and amounts of fuck for the buck. The first two scenes had more momentum and provided superior stroking inspirational material but the end result was that none of the scenes missed offering a back door hit of sorts. In short, the only real issue I had with the movie at all was that Cheek Freaks could've used Sativa Rose better with the other minor problems not enough to cause a stir. Still, I wish he had thought up a better name since I almost thought it was the third in the Bryan Xin saga that started with Cheek Freaks 1 and Cheek Freaks 2.
