The 1.85.1 anamorphic widescreen transfer on this DVD is rock solid. Color reproduction is strong, black levels are consistent and deep but not too murky, and there's a nice level of fine detail present throughout. The only real flaw is that there are some compression artifacts here and there that you probably will pick up on as well as some ringing here and there. Other than that, there's really nothing to complain about, Timeless looks surprisingly clean!

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track is quite good with no problems concerning the levels, hiss or distortion. The background music gets a bit loud in spots but it doesn't quite overpower the performers and for the most part this track is free of any major defects and it sounds just fine.

Extras:

First up is a behind the scenes featurette that really only focuses in on Lexi's scene and on Mia and Eva's scene. It runs for roughly fifteen minutes and feature some minor interviews but is mostly made up of random on set and behind the scenes footage set to music.

Also included here is a seven-minute bonus scene starring the lovely Charlie lane. She does a slow strip tease in front of a big eighteen-wheeler and slowly loses her clothes. As she does, she starts to finger herself and rub her breasts, masturbating and just generally looking sexy for the camera.

Rounding out the extra features are trailers for six other Hustler DVD releases, a sizeable photo gallery made up of hardcore and glamour shots showcasing each of the female starlets, and a weblink. Static menus, and scene selection are also included.

Final Thoughts:

While the sex is fairly vanilla, it's well shot and well lit and it looks like they're tried to give things a somewhat erotic and romantic edge, playing up the fantasy aspect of the scenes rather than going for flat out gonzo style hardcore. It works fairly well and although it might have been nice if the scenes were longer, the girls all look great and the sex is definitely more passionate than your average fuck film.
