Audio/Video Quality: Cheek Freaks 2 was presented in the original 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jazz Duro for release by Evil Angel as part of their Buttman Choice selection. I have really liked most of his work for them and was happy to pick this one up too, noting that the raw energy usually beats out the technical expertise by a wide margin (and Jazz had only dropped the ball significantly once or twice in the past; a solid track record these days). This time, the lighting was again a bit more off then usual with the camera angles often too heavily focused on POV action, even when it was clear that Jazz wasn't operating the equipment. I wasn't too keen on that approach being so common here as the angles did not favor the ladies when they were in action (it worked best for the admittedly pleasing tease portions). The fleshtones were tinted and the editing was weaker then usual, making me wonder if his assistant(s) took the day off when post production time came around. There were some compression artifacts and the bitrate for the video ranged from the mid 1 Mbps to the mid 2 Mbps (on the low side); resulting in mediocre visuals at times when the lighting wasn't quite right. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital enhanced English (standard 192 Kbps bitrate) with the ladies typically using some dirty talk to elevate the heat of the scenes. The ladies seemed to shy away from too much dirty talk though, with the music and vocals sounding distinctly monaural but for the encoding signifying their stereo status.

Body of Review: Jazz Duro was once merely a meat puppet working for numerous companies until given the green light by the Evil Angel Empire as part of their Buttman Magazine Choice series proved he had the kind of ass devotion owner John Stagliano was looking for. Jazz's latest creation was a trio of lengthy scenes comprising Cheek Freaks 2, the sequel to Cheek Freaks 1 and no relation to Bryan Xin's Cheek Freaks 2. The idea of the series is to allow the ladies a lot of time to tease the camera in a playful manner, in effect seducing the viewer into their skillful anal antics that got really hardcore. This is not the kind of porn you tend to invite a new gal pal to watch unless she's given you ample hints (a stack of Buttman magazines on her bed table, a large collection of anal toys, including some completely worn out, and the gal picking it up in the video store asking why you haven't had the chance to review it all being reasonable clues) and make no mistake about it; this isn't couples porn for most people. That said, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and it looked like everyone got off at least once:

The other ladies in the movie had also done this but something about the way Jada and Annette interacted made them special (not necessarily better but definitely off the beaten track to coin a phrase). The lesbian work, the toys, the oral, and anal with ATM all seemed to be more of the same but the chemistry between them flowed freely and the passionate action by each of the quartet; Jazz limited behind the camera of course, made for a hardcore scene full of replay and heat that made even the previous two solid scenes to be merely good by comparison. Summary: Cheek Freaks 2 by director Jazz Duro for release by Evil Angel was a gonzo title that you'll probably think is worth a rating of Highly Recommended for the levels of fuck for the buck, the heated pairings of passionate partners, and the amount of chemistry they all displayed as they worked each other over to the very best of their abilities. The technical aspects were not always the best and the extras were minimal but Cheek Freaks 2 surpassed even Cheek Freaks 1 in terms of replay and strokability factors; making it another winner on Jazz's resume.
