Audio/Video Quality: Jack's POV 7 was presented in the usual 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Robby D. for Digital Playground. The lighting was decent as always, never getting as bright as I tend to prefer but enhancing the look of the ladies without blinding them all the same and the scenes were all shot in the point of view (POV) method some of you are really into (I've learned to appreciate it myself). Nick "The Wiz" P. was on editing this time and his skills surely helped make this another winner of a fuck flick by taking Robby's admittedly well shot raw footage and crafting scenes even better for the way they were made in post production. Robby has been on a roll for a long time with his continuing evolution of gonzo style; the POV projects showing the most improvement but all of the gonzo shot for the company appealing better for replay value than the generic product some of his industry peers seem content to shoot these days (offering a relatively high bitrate of mid 6 Mbps in the process). The fleshtones were accurate, the amount of distracting video noise or other elements appeared to be negligible, and the POV (point of view) camera angle was employed in every scene to allow the viewer the opportunity to fantasize about themselves in the place of the male performers. The audio was presented in the usual 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround (in 384 Kbps) but outside of the introductory commercial for the process, there appeared to be little or no separation in the vocal tracks and the music wasn't a big issue here so you won't be showcasing your new home theatre with this one.

Body of Review: Robby D. may be one of the best directors in porn but he had a long journey to find his niche in the industry after leaving a competitor to work for Digital Playground. As time wore on, he became an increasingly integral part of their operation, serving as lead cameraman, director, and production madman much like I have worked on elevating the status of DVD Talk's adult content. His upcoming work with the beautiful Lacie Heart in next month's release of Jack's POV 7 is the subject of today's review. If you haven't seen the series in the past, you've really missed out as the man has shown how much skill a relative newcomer to the format can provide; often surpassing the work of industry POV notables that are bandied about with awe. For fans of Lacie, this title was a no brainer in terms of showing why she earned her spot on the contract roster but the others were often very appealing too; all the footage shot as advertised in point of view fashion. That said, here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Lacie Heart, the hotty featured on the front cover and easily one of the best looking young ladies in modern porn, was up first after she finished taking a leak. Jack teased her and could be seen easily in the reflection of the glass door before Scott Nails took over the sexual duties of the scene. I'm not sure why he kept referring to her as "Jamie" but the tease alone was worth the price of admission to this one, making me long for a parody of her last big movie at Vivid where she'd be the star of "Lacie Does Houston" (the gal taking both of my manly inches for both pumps I'm capable of). She reclined on a bed to show her body off to full effect before slobbing the knob of her boyfriend Scott, the eye contact and playful mannerisms enhancing her appeal even more if that was truly possible. The hummer was great but I preferred her aggressive riding action even more, the gal impaling herself on his cock while her puffy pussy slide up and down the rod. Granted, he was larger than I think she could easily handle but his discomfort was measured against her energy and desire to make this a really good opening scene full of chemistry (ending with her savoring the facial).

Scene Two: Cayton Caley, a cute brunette with a stripper next door appeal, was up next as she teased Jack in the living room. That led to her working with sexual surrogate Mick Blue; her over the top sexual performance never getting too out of hand and her all natural body bypassing providing as much tease in favor of an even more enthusiastic blowjob while he fondled her. Thankfully, there was more tease incorporated into the action than putting it all at once, the altered dynamic striking me as a nice contrast by comparison to the first scene. The oral was sweet and the vaginal ride after her coy tease provided a lot of additional stroke value, with her dirty talk adding something special too. If you like women into the sex as much as I do, you may even like this scene better than Lacie's though I'd be lying if I said I found Cayton as physically attractive. The ending pop shot of population pudding went to her stomach for those who care but I had no complaints about this scene either given the replay value it provided.

Scene Three: Jaylynn West, an all natural brunette recovering from a great party the night before, woke up in bed to find Jack talking up a storm. Since she didn't get laid the night before, she was willing to play a bit of role reversal on the role and offer to allow him to make up the difference with some sexual favors. While those who know what Robby looks like would probably find this idea as likely as Michael Moore French kissing President Bush for the great job he's done, it gave the scene a chance to allow Scott Nails to step in for the honors. The pretend cunnilingus was a bit of a joke but her oral served up another heaping helping of hospitality that fans will appreciate, Ryaan showing she was no slouch in the dick sucking department. It was a shorter hummer than some of the other scenes but she wanted to fuck and her tight cookie seemed to be tough to penetrate so he worked it in deeper and deeper as the scene progressed. Compared to the last three gals, she was the least appealing to me but her large rack and limited sexual skills when it came to riding may serve some of you even better than they did for me since she came across as a novice of sorts. The scene ended with a facial and the stroke value was not bad.

Scene Five: Gina Lynn, the best known lady of the production by far, was up last as she tried to get a role in a music video. She wore a neon pink and black outfit that showcased her lovely curves really well, Gina giving an extensive show as Scott Nails made an effort to shoot some up skirt footage as well as extensive tease. That led to a wonderful blowjob and titty fuck with her aggressively taking charge during the vaginal ride too. A skilled performer who knows what she wants and how to best show it off for the camera is worth her weight in gold; so the scene itself was probably the best of the best in overall terms for me. Her dirty talk, active riding, and hip gyration balanced out some of the weaker camera work on this scene but as a fan of Gina's work for awhile now, I think it's safe to say that her other fans will find this to be a good bit of stroke material to play with too. It ended with a facial and she swallowed the load down, giving some post coital sucking and handjob action before Scott walked over to the door to hand Jack his camera back.

Summary: Jack's POV 7 by director Robby D. for Digital Playground had a lot of fuck for the buck replay value and the kind of stroke worthy action POV veterans have long tried to establish. The casting included the sweet Lacie Heart as well as the seasoned skills of Gina Lynn, with no filler ladies tossed in to lower the rating of Highly Recommended. I would have preferred better extras and a few slight changes in a couple of scenes but I can't fault Robbie's overall vision this time proving that Jack's POV 7 was well worth looking for when it comes out next month. POV may never be the same once Robby is through with it but as a change of pace from his other releases, this will certainly find a place up front on the stacks of porn I have gracing my "go to" stack.
