Extra's: The best extra was the 11:37 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that seemed to start off as a documentary of the photoshoots but went to having interviews of the cast (Roxy giving the absolute best material of the feature, bar none, for her smoking hot attitude and up front discussion about strip club behavior). Otherwise, there was only a true double sided cover, a photogallery and trailers to movies like Janine Loves Jenna, Altered Minds, Insexts, McKenzie Illustrated, McKenzie Made, Krystal Therapy, Ashton Asylum, Chanel No. 1, and others.

Audio/Video Quality: Jockin' Jesse was presented in a non-anamorphic, letterboxed widescreen with an aspect ratio of about 1.78:1 as shot by director Laurent Sky/Richard Hamilton for Club Jenna. I still hope future efforts apply anamorphic widescreen HD to them but I know that the industry is in transition at this writing so we'll have to see what happens. The colors looked very accurate, the lighting was a mixture of various techniques that sometimes worked better than others, the level of grain typically minimal (nonexistent), and the composition of the shots about the same as Chanel No. 1 having in terms of making the performers look better than usual much of the time. There were no compression artifacts (the bitrate was high this time, often in the 8+ Mbps range), no video noise, and while I liked the more straightforward approach to the scenes, the movie seemed truncated to me as though stopped in mid production and made on the cheap. The only choice for audio was the basic 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio track (in 192 Kbps), this time using vocals mixed in with the loud music to enhance the heat and energy for me. Sciboy handled the music and while my personal tastes run in a completely different direction, the thumping soundtrack had a few decent moments, even for me, and in some of the scenarios worked fairly well. There wasn't a lot of separation between the channels and the dynamic range lacked a bit but I didn't get the sense that the audio was blown off here at all, helping to elevate the quality of the production a bit.

Body of Review: Laurent Sky has been working as a director now for Club Jenna long enough that I like to convince myself I know what his movies are going to look like before I see them. Truth be told though, I often have no idea what a project of his will look like until I have seen the last scene end because he tries to invoke certain images; images that change with time or according to the dynamic of the project he's shooting on a given day. I'm used to his work that uses jumpy editing, blaring music, and comes off like he's trying to appeal to rave goers but every now and then he gives me something more appealing (maybe those other flicks work better if you take a few hits of ecstasy first). Such was the case with his latest release of Jockin' Jesse, a showcase effort for former contract gal Jesse Capelli. The beauty certain looks sexually appealing and those of you into lesbian porn performers on the rise may find her as likeable as her press agent makes her out to be but I have yet to see her consistently apply herself to her scenes. The back box cover said it like this: "Fresh from the sweltering success of such erotic conquests as Jesse Factor and Jenna's Provocateur comes Jesse Capelli - supermodel stunner and seductress extraordinaire. She's gripped by a hunger that thrusts her into the arms of some of the sexist stars ever to defile such a beauty - but when faced with delectable vixens like Marlie Moore and Jess Wakefield, Jesse just can't help herself! You'll be in near agony watching this pretty former prom queen lose control and rumble with desire. Savor every twisted frame as she draws her blistering hot lovers deeper into her web and rides wave after wave of frenzied lust!" If that sounds appealing to you, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Jesse Capelli, the beautiful young lady featured on the right half of the front cover, was up first in a lesbian scene with another appealing gal by the name of Marlie Moore; using what appeared to be a set designed to invoke a rooftop at night. The vocals were loud and mechanical as the gals went down on each other; little build up marring the scene for me as Jesse demonstrated her oral skills too early. Marlie's implants were too fake looking as well but I've come to associate the company with implants so without being obnoxiously obvious, if you get one of their movies you can expect to see a lot of fake tits. Jesse was better at oral than Marlie with the gals pulling out the toys to penetrate each other on a large black leather chair (with some minimal spanking). I was surprised that Jesse ended up skipping out on receiving her share of fake dick, the scene ending prematurely as though the director figured out it was a waste of time.

Scene Two: Diana Prince, the pretty brunette seen on the upper right hand corner, was up next as a gal hooking up with Jean Val Jean at a club where DJ Jesse Capelli was spinning records. Jesse never joined them, remaining content to watch from behind the DJ booth as Diana dropped to her knees to orally satiate JVJ. It was a slow hummer that showed a mixture of skill and raw energy as balanced out by a relative lack of experience (she was familiar with a cock in her mouth but not as much as many of her peers in porn), leading to JVJ drilling her perfectly pink pussy in a standing doggy against the table. Scene Four: Roxy DeVille, the most seasoned and sexually awesome gal of the movie, was up next as she snuck up behind Mario Rossi in her little pink outfit. She looked fine and he was initially dressed in a Marine outfit, a fitting tribute to next week's national holiday except for the fact that he's a foreigner. Showing proper respect for the uniform though, she sucked him off with her usual zeal, spreading joy orally before spreading her legs to receive him so aggressively. The radar room setting with a large picture of Saturn was kind of bizarre but I'm sure there's a story behind the settings of the movie that defies logic we might read about when the director writes his inevitable memoirs some day. Roxy was a fine fuck, as always, and helped save the movie from obscurity even though her loud vocals were as over the top as she tends to be when working for Club Jenna. Mario finished up by rubbing out a load of population pudding on her lower abdomen, even though I was under the impression that she was looking for it in the face this time. Yum!

Scene Five: Jesse Capelli, still looking as fine as ever, was hanging out of a bikini outfit in another futuristic setting with sexy Jess Wakefield her lesbian partner. I wish I could report that she took a dick later on in the scene but I can't; the good news being that she appeared to be more into the sex this time for some reason. At least this time, she enjoyed receiving as much as she gave when the toys came out and the tongues were wagging on the clitorises. In all then, it was a decent closing scene that lacked much imagination or the kind of heat the director has proven capable of giving fans of late but if you're a slavering fanboy of Jesse (and Jess), it might suit you well enough until her next release comes out.

Summary: Jockin' Jesse by director Laurent Sky for Club Jenna was short, lacked consistent heat, and while the ladies were physically appealing in most cases, showed that Roxy DeVille was the champion performer by a wide margin. But for her sweet performance, the movie might have been slated for the dumpster since so many of the five scenes were mediocre to me but I gave it a nod of Rent It instead as the company appeal was much like previous works with a few rough edges. In short, Jockin' Jesse was not the finest hour for the cast and director but if you aren't too picky for gonzo action or active performances by the ladies, you might like it more than I did so give it a look.
