Extra's: The 28:56 minute long Bonus Scene with Jacky and Rob was the best extra for me even if it wasn't anything special. The double sided DVD cover was simply a mirrored version and the photogallery was kind of weak as expected.

Audio/Video Quality: First Time Auditions 1 was presented in a very clear 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot for Reality Kings by a couple of cameramen for director Marielee Perez (technically, no director was credited but she was listed as the record keeper and that's good enough for me). The lighting was very strong and flat in all but one scene and even that one wasn't badly lit. This kept the grain, video noise, and other issues at bay in a surprisingly strong looking movie most of the time. I suggest that there were multiple cameramen due to the way the scenes were shot, the first one showing a shaky camera while most of the others seeming far steadier by comparison. It could have just been a bad day for the same guys (there were two distinctive voices working the camera) but even the amount of close ups and angles used variety in a few of the scenes so your mileage may vary with the specifics but it was a good early effort nonetheless that used compositional shots to enhance the look of the ladies more than a little bit. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English with a 192 Kbps offering, standard for porn in almost all cases these days.

Body of Review: Reality Kings is the latest company to offer up porn shot in Florida for the internet, having now made its way to DVD. If you've seen the Bang Brothers works, imagine what it would be like on a lower budget with the couch serving as the only point of contact for the cast. That said, their latest release was First Time Auditions 1; a series of five (six if you include the bonus scene) scenes where a female follows a strict formula with a guy, having basic sex on the couch. Almost all of them came across as escorts or strippers to me but there were some surprises in the form of gals that have made a fair amount of porn so it had some additional appeal to me, if not the first time dynamic advertised. Here's a look at the scenes, noting that a few condoms were used:

Scene One: Riley Shy, a redhead that has been making porn for a few years now, was up first and automatically weakened the "first timer" dynamic since she has been in porn since 2005 or so but fans of lean redheaded teenagers will probably find her as appealing as ever given her pink dress and playful demeanor (she was the gal on the middle bottom of the front cover). She gave an interview, teased the camera with a striptease and then took on a moper named Bob; with the couch being the generic location of the action. She gave a good hummer (this is her strength in the scenes I recall) and her active riding ability was better than I think I've ever seen her give in a scene so while there was no chemistry between them and the energy levels were only fair, the scene was pretty good. Fans might even appreciate that it lasted almost 45 minutes before she took the facial, the lack of a condom surprising me too.

Scene Two: Kaiya, a homely black gal from Virginia claiming to be 18 years old, was seen on the upper left hand corner and cameraman "Tony" seemed to think she was special. She was too lean and nothing I found appealing so when I saw she'd be working with third tier moper Rob, I knew watching the scene would be a waste of time. She looked underage and had a lot of pubic hair, the generic couch getting an oral and vaginal workout as expected. I admit the oiling up of her ass was pretty cool but she took over doing it and that wasn't as hot to me. Her blowjob was weak and her riding skills with the condom required him to do too much as she passively went through the motions; the scene ending with a rubbed out wad by Rob.

Scene Three: Lux, the implanted gal seen on the lower left hand corner of the front cover, was up next on the couch with a different cameraman as she chewed gum like she was working the street before being selected on the corner. I liked that she had some curves to her body (not including the implants of course) and her lack of inhibitions made her a decent choice to appreciate as she appeared to have more fun than anyone aside from Emil (mentioned below) from her masturbation action until her work with John. The stripper mentality she had was more obvious than some of the others but I'd like to see more of her (and I believe I have) considering how she blew him so readily (treating his small cock as though it were her only source of nourishment) and rode him with some gusto. The condom didn't matter to me here and her experienced romp as the two bumped uglies made it a worthwhile scene to enjoy. That she sucked him off to orgasm at the end without his assistance was the proverbial icing on the cake and I appreciated that the company could make good scenes with this one.

Scene Four: Emily Evermoore, a gal I met earlier this year who was a bundle of fun as far as I was concerned, was up next (she could be seen on the lower right hand corner of the front cover) as she showed that a generic couch and formula could not hold her down. I believed that she got wet while masturbating and her candor about her sexuality was as appreciated as ever with lucky Billy getting to have his day with her. I'm sure I've seen Billy (a black guy with a modest cock) in the past too but she was displaying the kind of energy, chemistry, and passion that made her a charmer (the cameraman and Billy agreeing with me). Scene Five: Evelynn, the skinny Asian gal seen on the upper middle spot of the front cover, was the last scene of the main movie. The couch was the focal spot of the action as always and she really didn't impress me so I felt no loss when I saw she'd be working with third tier mope squad member Trent Soluri. The oral and vaginal action was fair at best and they really didn't add anything of note as far as I was concerned. She rode well in one position and that was it, just as her oral was pretty tame. The fake groaning and vocals were horrible, making me long for a day when I could select another track to make fun of if nothing else. Bonus Scene: Jacky, the gal in the colorful outfit as seen on the upper right hand corner of the front cover, was up last in a bonus scene with bald Rob on the couch. Like most of the ladies in the main show, she appeared to be a stripper-turned escort looking to elevate her rates with some internet work in porn. She had a decent enough body to enjoy (though the tell tale bumps by her pussy made me think I'd pass unless wrapping my own pecker twice) and gave a similar mechanical performance as she diddled herself during the short interview. That led to Rob walking in on command to give her something to suck, the gal teabagging his nuts when asked (not by her own volition). She was passive during the vaginal positions and did some PTM between them before he jerked out a load of population pudding to grace her face. It was an ample load for those who care but the scene was lackluster at best.

Summary: First Time Auditions 1 by Reality Kings using a few different cameramen (like Tony) was not a bad way to spend a few hours and the technical matters were a bit better lit than other, more popular choices, but in all it was strictly a case of Rent It for me thanks to the formula used and lack of women that earned my seed (with a few notable exceptions). I know that expecting too much from a smaller company isn't fair but a few of the ladies used were fugly to the max and none of them lived up to expectations for the most part. In short, while First Time Auditions 1 had a lot of fuck for the buck, the level of quality was such that I would only consider watching a few of the scenes ever again; not the best way to go when talking about such matters.
