Extra's: One of my favorite extras on any movie directed by Belladonna is her use of extensive amounts of Behind the Scenes footage to give fans what they want. The BTS was broken up by scene with Jada getting almost 33 minutes of footage and Bella's two scenes totaling less than 20 minutes but it lasted about 75 minutes all told for those who care. As expected, there was a lot of extra sex action (some of it deleted for technical reasons) but also showing some of the preparations with Bella firmly establishing who the boss was. Unlike a number of absentee female directors, Bella became a director largely to fulfill her ambition to make porn that she could be proud of instead of chasing the pack of others in the field that cut costs so much it shows. The BTS offered up a lot of extra fun and struck me as giving the fuck flick more replay value (something Bella is good at doing these days). There were also trailers, a photogallery, a pop shot recap from the scenes, a very helpful cast list of all the performers, some limited filmographies, and a true double sided DVD cover (along with a generic biography of the director).

Audio/Video Quality: Manhandled 2 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Belladonna (with some "help" from co-director Aiden) for release by Evil Angel. I don't get many of her movies these days (one of my fellow reviewers adores anything she does so it makes sense for him to get the lion's share of her work) but I have long found her to provided very heated, if raw looking titles that were better on pairings than technical values. This was the case here as well with the home movie look of many scenes, the mixed level of lighting, and the resulting grain and video noise. Still, the action was clear enough and fans of hardcore domination sex that will find the sheer amount of fuck for the twisted buck to be enough to largely compensate for the technical limitations. The camera angles weren't always favorable to the performers either (maybe cameraman Dade Murphy-spelt "Day'd Merfy" in the credits-could keep the camera a bit steadier), making some look worse than usual even as they actively handled the cocks in front of them, but Bella's movies have rarely been known for how good they look so I doubt fans are going to fuss loudly at this point in the game over technical values (it didn't help that the video bitrate was often in the mid 2 Mbps range either). In any case, the audio was presented in a similar fashion with a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in the usual 192 Kbps bitrate) offering that sounded hollow with no separation between the channels and no music to bore you with. There were some off camera noises at times and a few bits of vocal acting that could have been done over to sound better but the visuals were the worst part of this section.

Body of Review: Evil Angel currently has one of the strongest director lineups in all of porn, serving as a distributor for them rather than own their titles outright. This gives said directors more of an incentive to provide the best quality and quantity as anything less simply won't sell as well. One of their most liked directors in my experience has been Belladonna; the world renowned extreme queen that has been on national television and embraces her sexuality in all its myriad of forms without reservation. Those familiar with her know that her website tends to offer sex acts that few distributors would openly handle but her DVD releases are usually on the cutting edge (some would say the bleeding edge) too, providing hardcore sex acts that earn her a lot of respect from raincoaters everywhere. Her latest title for the company to distribute is Manhandled 2: Special Extended Set, a series of six scenes that show a lot of role playing involving domination to go with her rough sex antics. While Bella was only in two of the scenes, the mood she set as the director permeated the other scenes too, giving them a similar dynamic for her fans to enjoy, especially considering the excellent casting that went into the selection of the women. Summary: Manhandled 2 by director Belladonna for Evil Angel had exactly what you would expect from one of her movies, the double disc providing substantial amounts of fuck for the buck, replay value, and strokability to merit a rating of at least Recommended. I would have rated it higher but the technical matters were a bit limiting and the BTS was largely limited to interviews in most cases, though most of the scenes were solid in terms of what was expected. In short, Manhandled 2: Special Extended Set was not the type of porno I would suggest for couples or the squeamish but it was not her hardest title to date either so it might prove more accessible to those of you not needing quite as much nasty rough stuff than what Bella is used to providing.
