Extra's: The best extra was the 21:09 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. At first, I thought it was mislabeled and merely a fluff piece of droning music showing some tease footage of the gals in the movie but this was just a manner in which the gals were introduced as they would get some tease before the BTS showing Otto directing and the rest of the people involved with the movie joking around to show that everyone had a good time despite the extremely hardcore nature of the action. There was also a photogallery but I'm not a big fan of those so it didn't merit any major points there.

Audio/Video Quality: Make Her Ass Scream: Louder Bitch! was presented in a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic letterboxed widescreen color that looked nice in most ways as directed by Otto Bauer for release by Supercore/Ninn Worx. In his favor, Otto wisely used the substantial talents of Jim Powers on camera (backup cameras by Matt Holder and Redeye) and assisting with the other technical matters so with that kind of wealth of technical knowledge helping him, it really shouldn't be a surprise that the fleshtones looked accurate, the composition of the camera angles enhanced the looks of the cast, and the amount of grain and video noise was minimal. I saw no compression artifacts either and this led me to think the DVD mastering was well handled too with the bitrate often hovering around the mid to upper 6 Mbps mark). The dark nature of most scenes could easily have led to a lot of grain and video noise as with other directors less competent so I was appreciative that while it was too artistic for my tastes at times, it still looked very nicely put together. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English (using a 224 Kbps bitrate) with no separation worth mentioning on the vocal aspects of the movie but the music was pretty good even if a few more lines might've helped keep it from sounding repetitive.

Body of Review: Otto Bauer and his company Supercore made quite an impression on me last year when I reviewed some of their titles. Most of the problems I had were minor, nitpicky matters easily fixed so I was happy to find out the man made the switch to a high end company called Ninn Worx as his newest distributor. The first release under this arrangement was Make Her Ass Scream: Louder Bitch! that came out a few months ago, the titl3e so raw and hardcore that a number of companies don't even sell it. The action was rough sex and anal action with the entire female cast going at the cock like crazy, making it worth digging deeper for if you enjoy that kind of thing.
