Extra's: The best extra was a 6:47 minute long blowjob only scene shot in January 2005 starring Tory Lane. Her uncredited male partner looked familiar but they never showed him from the shoulders up so unless you can tell who's who by their cock, I'd be guessing as to his identity. It was a decent hummer and it finished up with her taking the load to her face for those who care, no movie title was credited for it either. I especially liked the 24:05 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Tony Starkweather (Eli calling out near the front of it) with my initial appreciation largely because Kylie was fluffing the male talent; engaging in full sex with Alex and Evan. Audio/Video Quality: Double Shocker 3 was presented in a non anamorphic widescreen letterboxed color presentation as shot by director Kylie Ireland for the Bad Seed subsidiary of Adam & Eve in conjunction with Ireland Entertainment. I would have greatly preferred the movie be shot in anamorphic widescreen and/or released in one of the new high definition formats but knowing award winning director Eli Cross was the primary cameraman soothed my concerns at least a little bit given his experience with shooting to edit later. As a result, the movie wasn't a bad little gonzo flick, albeit a low budget title that looked like it was designed in part by committee, but the basics were all covered here nicely by Kylie and her crew. The hardcore action was shot competently (from what I understand, there was only one flake for the whole movie; too bad Kylie didn't step in) and the angles made the ladies look their best, with the editing providing some nice transitions from the shots. The fleshtones were accurate and the lighting kept much of the grain and video noise at bay. The bitrate was hovering in the 6 Mbps range much of the time I paid any attention to it, minimizing the compression artifacts and other visual flaws as a result. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English using 192 Kbps. There wasn't anything special about the vocal or music tracks though; the separation, dynamic range, and other factors seeming to be secondary to the visual elements as usual.

Body of Review: Kylie Ireland bounced around to several companies in recent years before settling in to form her partnership with lover boy Eli Cross in their Slutworx company. Their idea was the distribution model will allow for harder forms of sex, none of the bloodsucking middlemen eating away at profits and cooking the books, and the ability to try different things faster as small companies are able to do. Well, as she was setting this idea up, she also made five fuck flicks for Bad Seed, a subsidiary of Adam & Eve and one of the better ones was Double Shocker 3. The movie was a series of double penetrations where the ladies would partake of two men in various heated sex acts before getting thoroughly stuffed with cock, Kylie even getting a little action on the side in the BTS feature. As one of the best female directors of truly hardcore material, Kylie has long abandoned her girl next door image as a sweetie to embrace her love of rough sex and this was the kind of thing she wanted to do for years while under contract elsewhere. If this sounds good to you, here is a brief glimpse into the action and casting of the five scenes, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Poppy Morgan, the lean hotty on the front DVD cover that has been reported as a "wildcat" in bed, was up first with the mighty Evan Stone and other long haired boy toy, Alex Sanders to open the show. While I found Kylie doing even better in the BTS feature, Poppy will appeal to those of you that like younger, leaner, and almost as sexually aggressive ladies; the men taking turns getting blowjobs and eating her out. The chemistry was immediately identifiable as such as was the energetic performances the trio was giving as they warmed up nicely to get off with each other. As expected, the sex had a rough edge to it as the men catered to Poppy's desires for a hardcore time, the choking, pounding vaginal and anal sex, and DP action turning her on even more than usual. I had no doubt that she encouraged them to push their own limits in this regard, her physiological responses clearly demonstrating the dynamic here as the kind of movie that Kylie likes to make. I'm sure if it were made for her Slutworx label it would have been even harder but keeping in mind who owns Bad Seed, I was impressed this made it past their "quality control" people that tend to dumb down the harsher movies made under their auspices. In all, it was a solid start to the movie.

Scene Five: Lyla Lei, an Asian gal that was my least favorite looker of the ladies, was up last and wearing her sun dress on the black couch did little to initially impress me as Jenner and Alex Sanders, followed the formula with her in the final scene of the movie. Your mileage may vary here more than a little given my lack of attraction to the gal but she did manage to actively engage them in all three holes; the rough sex largely limited to the forced oral and spanking than the routine amounts of choking taking place in the other scenes. She was the least active performer in the penetrative sex (though comparatively speaking, she was better than many contract stars) and the facials closed things out after the DP's.

Summary: Double Shocker 3 by director Kylie Ireland for Bad Seed was not her most shocking work to date and a couple of scenes were in need of some added spice but it still earned a rating of Recommended from this fan. The ladies were often totally into the action, no matter how rough it got, and demanded even more of their partners as limits were pushed and libidos were satiated. The amounts of fuck for the buck were decent thanks to the extras, the strokability and replay value of the scenes, and the manner in which the technical values appeared to elevate the heat so much, making Double Shocker 3 a decent effort and another stepping stone for Kylie as she ascends into her rightful place in the porn pantheon.
