Synopsis
A group of four friends all in the process of recovering from the failures of past relationships, are forced to confront their interconnectedness when they converge at a New Year's Eve party. Roxy, once Gregory's fiancé, chooses to sleep with Sean after learning that her best friend Julia has left her lesbian lover Sandra for her ex. A series of flashbacks reveal the intensity of emotion as well as the complex interweaving between these four former friends.

Audio/Video: Confessions of the Heart was written and directed by DCypher made by Club Jenna distributed by Vivid, is presented in standard letterbox format. The sound was crisp and clear with little or no distortion. The soundtrack did not interfere with the vocals of the cast at all.

Behind the Scene:
The BTS in Confessions of the Heart is basically a primer about the story line about 4 ladies who decide to venture out on there own but Roxy and her on set boyfriend Steven seem to have doubts at first. You will hear commentaries about the film itself from Roxy filmed in b/w which I thought was an excellent touch as well as the Director DCypher , dress rehearsals, antics on and off set especially from Roxy and Steven.

Overview: When any relationship goes sour, nine times out of ten the both are to blame when one of them is overly possessive and smothering and they get bored with the sex and uses that against the other. That is what happens here. Roxy begins to have second thoughts about the break up and the green eyed monster has a tendency to appear. What I enjoyed most was the chemistry between Roxy and Steven, they work very well together and light up the screen in every sense of the word. Just like it states on the DVD cover.. Scene One: Roxy Jezel, Voodoo Sammie Rhodes

The scene opens with Roxy at the party standing alone nursing a drink in the far corner of the room lost in thought. She is having flashback about her break up with Gregory (Steven St. Croix).Moments later she is on her back laying on a pool table tied up getting her feet spanked by Voodoo with a leather flogger. Sammie is doing some sucking of her own on Roxy's toes. This next scene tends to drag out a bit with the overkill in the dialog between them. Summary:

Confessions of the Heart is most definitely a couples flick with a message to all couples; careful what you wish for, you might not like what the turn out is. DCypher did a excellent job getting his point across and I loved the way he went about doing it. The change in lighting gave it a freeze type setting and his use of the red and other colors worked very well. The only thing I wasn't to thrilled with was the G/g scene.. it could have been better and with the array of toys Club Jenna has they could have used a few to height the pleasure. Overall a great chic and couples flick that I would Recommend with out a second or third thought to it. Enjoy!
