Extra's: The best extra here was once again the 22:36 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Jamal Johnson. Starting off with Bree flashing the guy was a good idea and following up with hotty Brianna another excellent plan. Audio/Video Quality: Filth Cums First: Special Edition was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Robby D. for release by Handheld Pictures as distributed by Digital Playground. The lighting was reasonably solid here, as expected given this was Robby's standard type of gonzo, and that meant that the limited amounts of grain and other visual elements used to lend a sense of texture were minimal. The way the scenes were shot and edited was markedly similar in the scenes, though the composition of the angles was changed up a bit depending on the scene in question; sometimes using a POV angle before the sex took place. The composition of the shots and the editing enhanced the look of the ladies more than a little bit too, proving what this critic has to say about the production team led by Robby (who did all the work except for the editing as credited to Nick "The Wiz" P. according to the credits and the refined look of the movie's scenes) with the DVD mastering revealing no compression artifacts (the bitrate varying but often staying near the mid 5 Mbps to upper 7 Mbps range). The audio was presented in a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround (using 384 Kbps) with a minimalist leaning that seemed unique in most ways to productions outside of the Jack series, with the vocals always dominating the audio track as I like it. There wasn't much separation between the channels, if any, but aside from some whispered vocals by the men, the ladies were almost always clearly heard and the music was not a factor. Oh, and for those who care, the cast identities listed on the "contents of disc..." mislabeled Sandra Romain and Renae "J-Ho" Cruz on both discs.

Body of Review: Handheld Pictures has been one of the surprise gonzo production companies of recent times, helmed by Robby D. and distributed by Digital Playground in providing what amounts to their hardest gonzo action to date. Robby is given a lot more latitude in the movies made for his company and raincoaters have been finding this to be completely different from what Digital Playground has provided to date. The best thing about the movies to date is the relative lack of circus act sex but the attention to detail showing no need for it as the ladies are given a freer reign to enjoy their own kinks, elevating the heat most of the time and improving the replay value as a result. The latest release by the company is the double disc set for Filth Cums First: Special Edition, the movie coming out later this month in time for the AVN Award deadline. The movie was special in a number of ways, not just because of the great cast, but also thanks in large part to the extensive tease that blew similar efforts out of the water. If you want to see a hot cast doing all kinds of depraved sex acts for your viewing pleasure, you simply can't go wrong here. The running time was among the best the company has ever offered, providing superior amounts of fuck for the buck with the BTS providing some extra laughs as well. I would have loved to see more extras but the coverage of the movie itself included over four hours of tease and heat; easily earning a rating of Highly Recommended or better from this reviewer. In short, Filth Cums First: Special Edition was a special edition in more than name only, showing that quality and quantity go hand in hand when it comes to Handheld Pictures, this being one of my favorite gonzo comedy movies of the season to date.
