First Impressions: I was really looking forward to this newest installment in the Assault That Ass series. After all, of the 11 previous editions reviewed on this site, eight come "highly recommended" and two others are "recommended" (only volume 10 earned a "rent it"). With credentials like these, and the promise of a couple hours worth of double penetration, ass pounding, and a handful of (mostly) cute girls, I had no doubt that number 12 would continue Red Light District's streak of producing some of the finest anal scenes in the business.

Special Features: The extras include a "cumshot recap," an 11 minute long photo gallery, a link to Red Light District's website, and a surprisingly entertaining 12 minute "behind the scenes" feature. The behind the scenes segment switches between the girls being shot for the photo gallery, and director John Strong interviewing each girl upon the completion of her scene. While photo shoots and director/girl Q&A's aren't particularly original, Strong has a great rapport with the girls and extracts quite a bit of interesting information and laughter from his stars. For example, we learn that scene five's Madison just experienced her very first double penetration and multiple partner fuck. Amina's interview is also pretty interesting, with her and Strong sharing a few laughs about her Georgia upbringing and experiences with anal. Unlike many of the useless "extras" slapped onto adult DVDs, this one is actually worth watching in its entirety.

Audio/Visual Quality: All five scenes are presented in full frame and looked solid on both my 42" plasma and laptop. The scenes are well-lit and feature an array of camera angles and movement, sufficiently highlighting the performer's bodies and gaping pink assholes. The audio is exactly what you'd expect--porn-typical instrumental introductions to each scene, and moans and booty slaps cranked up in post-production. There is a significant error in scene one, however, as the first dozen minutes or so feature an audio track that doesn't match the action. For example, as Stefano unties the bound Bobbi, we hear moans, ass slaps, and aggressive fucking. Eventually, the audio does sync with the scene, but one has to wonder how such a major mistake made its way into one of Red Light's more popular titles.

Scene 1 (Bobbi Starr, Michael Stefano, and John Strong; Length: 34:27): Hot cover girl Bobbi is bound and gagged and tied to the ceiling of a suburban garage. She writhes around for a few seconds, showing off her ample, soon-to-be assaulted ass. Stefano, emerging from stage right, wastes no time at all and immediately slips his noggin under the hem of Bobbi's fishnet body sheath. After removing his face from between her cheeks, Stefano grabs a nearby ladder and unties the rope lashed around Bobbi's wrists. Our agile handyman then climbs a few rungs so his cock is at mouth-level. Bobbi swallows his extra long pole to the base and even manages to lick the bottom of Stefano's sack. (It's a pretty amazing feat considering the length of Stefano's rod.) Some creative fucking ensues, with Bobbi standing beneath the ladder and thrusting her great ass through a pair of rungs. Stefano begins poking her anus, occasionally pulling out to reveal a gaping red hole. Next, Stefano drags our girl by the collar into the bedroom where Strong awaits. Bobbi jerks him off and swallows his cock and balls before the two guys finally take advantage of this hottie's willingness to get attacked in the throat, cunt, and anus. Some furious fucking in a variety of positions rounds out the scene, with a few close-ups of Bobbi's messy hole and a few minutes of some savage double penetration by her new friends. A highlight: Bobbi taking both of their giant cocks into her mouth at the same time. Between Bobbi's great looks, the intense action, and Bobbi's happy handling of the aggressive guys, this is an excellent scene.

Scene 2 (Amina Sky and John Strong; Length: 34:50): Amina (which means "honest and faithful" in Arabic, in case you were curious), has large, gorgeous brown eyes and a long, lean body. She's a little rough around the edges in close-ups, but being a sucker for thin, tight-bodied brunettes, I was really turned on by her. This segment doesn't have the variety and intensity of the first scene, but it's solid nonetheless with John Strong attacking Amina's skinny ass with his fat cock in the usual positions: missionary, spooning (during which Amina's ass gets the most punishing assault), reverse cowgirl, and doggie (with a few blowjobs in between). The highlight: After Strong cums in Amina's ass, she crouches atop the couch and practically wills her anus to eject the milky man goo. There was something really erotic about watching Amina's anus pulsate as she tried to eject Strong's cum from her hole while he pleads with her, "Push it out, baby!"

Scene 3 (Jayna Oso, Lee Bangs, and Tee Reel; Length: 34:22): Sultry Asian Jayna writhes around on a couch and plays with a string of anal balls, inserting them into her mouth, pussy, and anus. The requisite solo scene complete, Bangs and Reel emerge from off-camera and immediately go to work on Jayna's mouth and ass. While Jayna isn't the most attractive girl on the disc (scene one's Bobbi Starr earns that distinction), she's certainly the most vocal and enthusiastic, laughing her way through the action and tossing out plenty of gems like "Fuck my fucking hole, yes!" Jayna works up a sexy sweat while sometimes getting double penetrated by both guys, and other times taking a hard pounding in the ass from one while deep throating the other. I was turned on by this scene, mainly due to Jayna's sheer joy at being ass assaulted by the two studs. However, of all of the scenes on the DVD, this one is the worst directed. The action is often interrupted by the guys maneuvering and positioning, with one of the two often left standing on the sidelines waiting for his turn to attack Jayna's ass.

Scene 4 (Desiree Diamond, Mr. Pete, and Sascha; Length: 32:04): Nothing about this scene appealed to me, from Mr. Pete's trademark vicious ass slaps, to the ass stretch mark-plagued and LeVar Burton look-a-like Desiree, to one of the least attractive male performers in the business, Sascha, squeezing his last drop of cum into Desiree's mouth. Skip it.

Scene 5 (Madison Young, John Strong, and Steven French; Length: 38:44):This is a girl possessed. Redhead Madison gets slapped, dick slapped, fucked in the ass with four fingers, double penetrated, and rammed in the throat by a pair of cocks. But the biggest assault on her body is perpetrated by Madison herself, who pounds her clit with her open palm, thrusts her hand in mouth to mine some saliva, and attacks her own ass with vicious slap after slap. This scene had the potential to get ugly, but our pale-skinned beauty obviously relishes every slap, inch of cock, and ounce of cum. It's animalistic and very, very hot and certainly ends the DVD with a bang. (One nitpick, however: There is an inordinate amount of toe sucking here. I'm sure there are many, many men and women who enjoy seeing a man's foot licked and sucked, but the frequent sight of French's hairy appendage dampened some of the electricity of the scene for me.)

Final Thoughts: "Assault that ass," indeed. The butts in this video get absolutely attacked, resulting in some very satisfying scenes of gaping, cum-filled holes. Despite an abysmal fourth scene and some audio issues in scene one, Assault That Ass #12 is a fine addition to the successful Red Light District series, and earns a confident recommendation from me.
