Extras: While I prefer my extras to be unique to the production in hand, many of you are bound to find the 19:59 minute scenes between Amy Ried and Derrick Pierce from Addicted Again to be the best extra so I described it below. The 9:11 minute long Behind the Scenes feature was pretty solid, providing some insights to the scenes by a series of interviews that started with Katarina with Amy and Ashlynn up afterwards. There was some erotic content to it as well but that was the basic idea behind the feature. There were also trailers, a commercial for Phallix, a photogallery, some spam, and a true double sided DVD cover as well.

Audio/Video Quality: Addicted Forever was presented in a visually appealing anamorphic widescreen color using an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 as shot by director Miles Long for New Sensations. The scenes all had their own variations on the style employed but the general idea was to use lighting to enhance the erotic nature of the scenes, not to the point where it wasn't strokable to jaded old porn hounds like me but substantially nicer to look at with a significant other than the Wal-Mart lighting of most gonzo. The grain was minimal as was the video noise and I got the impression that Miles spent more time than he used to on the movie given the manner in which the edits and camera angles enhanced the looks of the nicely made up ladies. It was far from perfect but this did enhance the replay value for me as it showed more care than usual. The bitrate ranged from the upper 3 Mbps to mid 5 Mbps area most of the time I paid any attention to it but the numbers alone do not tell the whole story in this regard. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the standard 192 Kbps rate most titles are mastered with, a soothing series of pleasant musical pieces making the background sound better than the usually generic stuff I'm used to hearing. The vocals were portrayed largely with a haunting echo, on purpose as far as I can tell, and while my mileage varied, they were still pretty solid compared to many similar efforts.

Body of Review: Miles Long has been involved in the production of porn for quite some time now, lately working a lot at New Sensations. I have not had the privilege of seeing all of his stuff but his recent attempts at stepping up his game proved obvious in the upcoming Addicted Forever 3. This is the third in the series of erotic vignettes that I last explored with Addicted Again last year, showing the man has an eye for the beauties as he moved to using an anamorphic widescreen process and improved on most aspects of the show. The focal point of the action was narrator Ashlynn Brooke and as she develops into a full fledged porn performer of the top ranks, movies like this one may well be considered her stepping stones. There were five vignettes that worked on multiple levels, not sticking to the erotica style others do but never going into the overdone gonzo areas either. If that sounds as appealing to you as it does to me, you are certainly going to find this one a step about the pack. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Ashlynn Brooke, the busty blond babe on the front cover (both versions), was up first looking great in her black dress with make up and jewelry befitting an upscale lady of distinction. They had little rhythm together and the chemistry was certainly marginal but my overall impression of the scene was that she had made some nice strides and if Mark could have kept a full erection, she might have been even better. The haze used to invoke a certain mood by the director was a bit overdone this time but her piston pumping action was working for me even as Derrick Pierce entered the courtyard setting. The ladies were all attractive, especially Ashlynn and Amy, they often performed really well, and the technical values were a cut above the majority of similar efforts by the company and several of its competitors; enhancing the replay and strokability of the action considerably. In short, Addicted Forever 3 was more than just a decent bunch of boning, it was a step in the right direction for both director Miles Long as well as contract cutie Ashlynn Brooke so give it a look when it comes out soon.
