Extras: The best extras were easily the bonus blowjob scenes by

Audio/Video Quality: The Best of Boob Bangers was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jonni Darkko for Evil Angel. The bitrate hovered on the lower end of the scale much of the time, typically in the lower 4 Mbps range though jumping around a fair bit too. The lighting was often flat and relatively solid, reducing the amount of grain, video noise, and other flaws directly related to the technical aspect. The composition was not always completely favorable to the ladies but the editing seemed to enhance the look of the show more than a little bit, perhaps showing more care than the audio where the droning 2.0 Dolby Digital English track (at a 192 Kbps) was obnoxious and thumping; reminding me why so many consumers simply turn off the sound these days. The good news was that the music was turned down a lot during the majority of the sex so it wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

Body of Review: Jonni Darkko is one of the most original directors distributed by Evil Angel these days; not truly spending much time pushing the limits of the ladies he captures engaged in sex so much as trying to provide them in alternative types of scenes that mesh gonzo sex with club music, allowing them ample time to tease their audience. This works as often as not to provide something just different enough that I admit to having developed a fondness for his visual style, even if his love of club music gives me a headache when I watch too much of his stuff. I don’t see as many of his titles these days (I share) but his compilation called The Best of Boob Bangers was definitely worth a look given the quality of the action offered up. Taking scenes from all four original volumes of the series, Jonni did his best to provide a wealth of variations in terms of the ladies more than stick strictly with the best performances the series has offered in the past, a healthy compromise that most of us could live with considering the relative strengths of the six scenes. If you’re still interested, here’s a look at all six scenes and the extra two blowjob scenes, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Boob Bangers 1: Tiffany Mynx, Alec Knight: One of the first things you notice is the lack of rapid editing. Darkko believes in the real life authenticity aspect of gonzo and he is more than happy to let certain sequences play out for untold lengths of loving. No matter when or how the pair are porking, Darkko's camera finds the perfect angle for sex sampling and lets the sequence play out.
