Extras: The first disc was limited to the movie and a cast list for all the scenes. The second had some great features as well as 3 trailers for movies like Fucked On Sight 2, Slutty & Sluttier 3, Anal Expedition 11, Evilution 1, Evilution 2, New Whores on the Block 2, New Whores on the Block 1, Evil Anal, Evil Anal 2, Evil Anal 3.The best extras for me were the two bonus scenes described below; one unique to this double disc set and the other from the vaults of Manuel (Regina’s scene lasting 24:42 minutes and Keri’s scene running an astounding 51:45 minutes for those who haven’t seen it before. The 7:10 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Manuel was mostly a series of interviews in the make up chair, kind of weak compared to some of his previous work but okay in addition to the rest of the extras package. There was extra sex and more proof that Manuel seeks to get the ladies off rather than beat them up as some critics have claimed but it was far too short to really go into much depth as some of his previous works have done in the past. There was a photogallery, a cumshot recap, some limited filmographies, and a modest 13:47 minute long series of Photoshoots of the ladies that I really liked a lot given the strength of the foreign female performers in the movie.

Flexibility in a woman is a good thing!

Audio/Video Quality: Evil Anal 4 was presented in 1.78:1 ratio letterboxed color as shot for DVD by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel. I would’ve greatly preferred the movie to be in anamorphic widescreen (the process adds a lot of detail to the picture on widescreen televisions) but that trend still hasn’t hit all of Evil Angel yet so I’ll just have to extol the virtues of the process on movies released by their competition until they get with the program. I’ve noticed that Manuel’s work for the company simply hasn’t been as crystal clear as some of his work elsewhere and this was one more such case. The colors were fairly solid and the fleshtones fairly accurate, but the lighting was not the best this time; making the picture look decent but not nearly as good as some of his older work for another company (RLD) or his best works at Evil Angel. Lighting varied by the scenes and was spottier than previous efforts but still seemed to convey the sense of raw energy fairly well, some scenes taking on a saturated or yellow tinted look that could probably be easily fixed in post production with the right crew. The amount of grain and video noise were low to moderate as a result so while it wasn't the best I've seen from Manuel (not even close in fact), it was better than some gonzo productions by weaker directors in the field. There were no compression artifacts noticed during the scenes but the strength of the visuals was how the composition of the shots almost always enhanced the looks or perceived passion of the scenes; usually hovering in the 4 Mbps range. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in 192 Kbps) with minimal separation between the channels and a standard dynamic range, making it nothing special in this sense but not bad either.

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara is one of my favorite gonzo directors at Evil Angel these days; needing work on his technical skills but making up for it with the kind of raw, passionate energy and enthusiasm that so many of his peers are unable to consistently bring out of performers. Having watched the Evil Anal series grow over time with Evil Anal, Evil Anal 2, and Evil Anal 3, I was anxious to see what the director could do with his rendition of Evil Anal 4: Special Extended Edition; his latest title to hit my screener pile. The emphasis on anal sex was clear and the use of curvy foreign gals with few sexual limits was a choice I could live with, hoping that all of them would be provided an opportunity to go beyond the typical dynamic such women tend to show in movies shot overseas. That said, here is a look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were present:

Scene One: Tarrah White, the hotty on the front cover, was up first wearing a neon green bathing suit by the pool as she provided extensive tease. She eventually went inside the house to find Manuel Ferrara sniffing around her when she bent over on the red couch to display her lovely ass. He took immediate advantage of the situation and ate her out, moving to his fingering act before she had a chance to appreciate how talented than man’s dexterity was; the lady rewarding him with a sweet blowjob that showed her own skills in the sexual arena. Her puffy pussy then became the target of his penile attention, both of them actively riding each other in a fitting display of sexual athleticism. As he had earlier in the movie, he fingered her ass to prepare it for insertion, already testing her limits by the way he tore into her cookie. The anal showed a much more passive side to the lady, Manuel doing the work as she hung on for dear life. The rough sex angle was being covered at this time fairly well too, from the spanking to the hair pulling and all the tricks in between. She did ATM and he went back down on her pussy after the extended gape hang time was displayed, the gal pulling her own hair as she got off to his ministrations. Scene Two: Natalie Di Angelo, another fetching blond with pretty eyes, was up next as David Perry introduced her to Manuel for some fine tease action. These two fuck bunnies played with each other a bit, another scene where the tease was an integral part of the set up, the ladies soon moving to the cough where David Perry, Steve Holmes, and Greg Centauro all got a piece of their action. It was interesting to see the ladies split up; one on the couch and the other upstairs watching the action until Greg joined her, the holes all getting filled in numerous positions as the ladies yelled out about how their limits were pushed wide open. The anal sex seemed to get the ladies off the most, the limited amount of air tight and DP sex proving to be kind of slow paced by comparison. When all five of them were down on the red couch, only the tint of the lighting got in the way; and it wasn’t that bad as the light from outside poured in to make them all glow. The limited lesbian kissing and rubbing did not hurt either, the facials closing things up with variations of the test testing one would expect (ATM/ATOGM) and cumswapping. It was an extreme scene overall, never needing to use rough sex to show passion, and only minor issues making it less appealing than some of the others.

Scene Four: Regina Moon, Sabrina Rose, Ricki White, Mark Davis, Steven French, David Perry, and Steve Holmes, were up in the last scene that seemed kind of surreal to me. The use of slutware on the ladies to enhance their looks was great but I found it curious that the ladies would be in two different rooms; in essence showing each other on the big screen television as each completed their respective parts. The sex itself was similar to anything you would expect; blowjobs, vaginal, anal, DP’s and lots of taste testing going on. The lighting was again substandard but the energy levels as high as you would expect given the cast of talented professionals. The chemistry they shared varied once again but the manner in which the gals actively rode the cocks presented to them was undeniably heated, even a slip in the form of an anal creampie (it could have been lube but it sure looked like the prohibited act) with the edited scenes going back and forth until some lengthy moments where the ladies had a chance to shine before their facials. It was clear to me that Ricki wanted to join the other ladies in the scene but that was not meant to be and perhaps she’ll get a second chance in the future. It wasn’t the strongest ending scene I’ve seen of late but it did have some replay value.

The last scene had a lot to like about it!

Bonus Scene 1: Regina Moon, the lovely brunette from the last scene, was up next with Greg Centauro after she teased him in her blue satin jumpsuit. I thought this 24:42 minute scene was a better way to showcase her looks and skills than the previous scene, the young lady never relying on looks alone to finish him off. Bonus Scene 2: Anal Expedition 6: Keri Sable, Sophia, Melissa Lauren, Erik Everhard, John Strong, Michael Stefano, Manuel Ferrara: “Keri is the very cute girl on the DVD cover. The scene opens with her and Manuel interacting. There is some decent teasing action. Next they head off into another room where Melissa and Sophia are waiting with dildos. The two girls bang their asses and Manuel helps out too. Eventually Michael, John and Erik join in the fun. They take turns having sex and getting blown by Melissa and Sophia. Most of the action is DP, which is done pretty well. Off to the side Keri watches with a big dildo in hand. Next Keri leaves and we find her with Manuel. They fuck and John and Erik join in the action. Overall, there's some heated sex, but I would have really enjoyed a bit more focus on anal sex. Summary: Evil Anal 4 by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel could still use a few pointers on lighting and editing but the wealth of heat generated by the lovely ladies as they did all sorts of hardcore sex acts was plenty to keep me going like the Energizer Bunny so I rated it a respectable Recommended. If you don’t care about technical stuff that much, you may want to elevate the rating another notch though since Evil Anal 4: Special Extended Edition had nearly as much quality fuck for the buck as Evil Anal, Evil Anal 2, or Evil Anal 3; my screen captures used to show you what to expect by way of the ladies.
