Extras: The best extra was the inclusion of the bonus disc from the RLD vaults. In my case, the disc was Throat Gaggers 3 but they all vary so don’t buy this DVD in hopes of a particular disc. Let’s just say that a full free disc of classic porn is a great extra in my opinion! The next best extra was the 46:46 minute long Behind the Scenes feature shot mostly by Francesca Le, Mark’s lovely hotty of a wife. Unlike many of the past BTS extras, this time it consisted largely of a series of interviews in the medical office setting by the ladies; hardly any nudity and no sex to speak of. Still, for fans of the female cast, this was a solid extra worth checking out when you’re cooling down. There was also a cumshot recap, a photogallery, and one of those cool DVD cases that are covered in a fold out cardboard case with a flap. Inside of it, there was also a promotional insert to test out the company website for five days and view some movies.

Audio/Video Quality: I’ve Been Sodomized 4 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Mark Wood for Red Light District. The lighting was generally good and that helped keep the grain, video noise, and other flaws to a minimum. The fleshtones were accurate and the camera work was generally good with the composition of the shots enhancing the ladies' looks most of the time. There were no compression artifacts (even with a relatively low bitrate of ~mid 4 Mbps) or significant shadows to contend with so I found the picture appealing (as will most people that like solid, flat, lighting as RLD is generally known for providing) and acknowledge the duo of crewmembers working the camera, Francesca Le and Mark, for doing a fine job. The audio was nothing special although encoded in 2.0 Dolby Digital English with a 192 Kbps bitrate. The processing done in post production aside, the vocals were seemingly recorded in monaural and the music not a big factor so it wasn't a problem but it wasn't anything worth extra points either. In all, I wasn't surprised by the quality of the technical attributes of the movie but I wasn't expecting Mark to drop the ball either given the number of titles he has been making for various companies of late.

Body of Review: Mark Wood is such a prolific director these days that his output almost rivals my own with his movies at Red Light District and other companies. Given the state of affairs, it makes it incumbent on me to keep abreast of his work in many ways lest I let one of his better titles slip through the cracks. Given his recent past, I had high hopes for his latest effort, I’ve Been Sodomized 4, the series I last saw with I’ve Been Sodomized 2. The series is dedicated to anal sex with a number of hotties involved, the theme of a medical setting being the driving point. Given what was posted on the cover and the free movie tossed in, I was hopeful that Mark wouldn’t let me down. If you’re still interested, here’s a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Summary: I’ve Been Sodomized 4 by director Mark Wood for Red Light District had a decent mix of newcomer gals and established professionals that handled the action nicely enough. The technical matters were crisp and reflected some care, with the additional movie in the package giving it some serious fuck for the buck value. Thanks as much to the replayability and stroke value though, I rated it as Recommended but many of you will think it is worth even more than that. In short, I’ve Been Sodomized 4, like I’ve Been Sodomized 2 before it, should serve fans of anal action as much as those into medical fetish work so give it a look.
