Audio/Video Quality: The Good, The Bad, and The Slutty 3 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Juan Cuba for Platinum X Pictures. I'm familiar with his work at Platinum X Pictures as a behind the scenes guy and his skills as a full fledged director at various companies has been getting pretty good, even if the rough edges are slow to disappear. The lighting was only average though and this led to some issues with grain, video noise, and shadows yet he did a reasonably good job overall in presenting a solid set of visuals. The composition of the shots seemed to enhance the look of most of the ladies, showing more improvement than most of his previous works. There were no compression artifacts (though the bitrate hovered around the lower 4 Mbps range) so even the mastering of the DVD was handled well and some of you will appreciate the lack of the formerly displayed watermark of the company logo in the lower right hand corner of the screen during the show. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo (in 192 Kbps) was in English but the actual audio appeared to be shot in monaural with the processing added later on (in the mastering part of the process). The vocals were generally clear but lacked any separation or dynamic range so this is an area that Juan needs to work more on (just like most of his associates in the industry). The music starting each scene was really poor but that was probably the only real surprise for me in terms of negative technical matters, the rest being pretty decently handled.

Sindee Jennings was a major cutie too.

Body of Review: Juan Cuba and his work at Platinum X Pictures has never really received the kind of accolades it has often deserved but as a guy that has watched him since he was one of the company’s leading BTS directors and gofers, I know how far he has come. Many of his latest works compete with those of Mark Wood for title of the best directed material they have had in years, Juan’s latest title being The Good, The Bad, and The Slutty 3, the sequel to The Good, The Bad, and The Slutty #1 that I reviewed awhile back. The sex here really fell into no particular niche, merely showing three longer than average scenes of decadent fun, culminating in an orgy. I know that doesn’t give you much to go on but the marketing of the title left something to be desired too given that there was little on the cover to suggest anything out of the ordinary. That said, here’s a look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were worn and a lot of fun took place:

Scene One: Our Little Secret: Nautica Thorn, an exotic cutie claiming to be 22 years old (I’d still card her), was up first as she called Michael Stefano over to play with her. Scene Two: Fuckin’ “n” Entering: Faye Runaway, the lean gal on the front cover with the interesting leg tattoos, was up next as she portrayed a fetish attire wearing cat burglar with Juan and the crew assisting on the heist. She carried a handgun and they were cleaning the place out when homeowner Mark Wood came in. I liked the tease montage at the beginning that bounced between the gals even though it was in slow motion, moving to a lesbian party of sorts in the living room. They sat on dildos, ate each other out, pawed at each other, and savored the moment as Juan watched them in POV fashion. Sindee introduced everyone with the other three never missing a beat; the playful antics elevating the heat before any of the men joined in. With PTM and variations on the taste testing theme, the ladies spoke straight to the camera as they all showed off their particular skills. The women did pair off once established, Renae and Paige doing each other as effectively as Sindee and Britney worked each other up; even doing some solo work until the men joined in. Summary: The Good, The Bad, and The Slutty 3 by director Juan Cuba for Platinum X Pictures was good enough to merit a rating of Recommended based on the quality of the cast, the heat of the sex, and the solid technical values. The extras were on the light side and the movie was shorter than most gonzo efforts of late but quality over quantity is a truism that we should all keep in mind. In short, The Good, The Bad, and The Slutty 3 had some decent value, strokability, and replay value so like The Good, The Bad, and The Slutty #1, you might want to give it a look.
