Audio/Video Quality: Jana Cova: Video Nasty was presented in the usual 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Celeste for Digital Playground. The high end equipment and skilled crew of regulars assisted director of photography Robby to make this release another of his more artistic attempts for Celeste, never going too far in the process as he stuck firmly to his gonzo roots as best he could under her guidelines. The lighting was very solid here, Robby handling the technical matters for gal-pal Celeste, and that meant that the limited amounts of grain and other visual elements used to lend a sense of texture were minimal. The way the scenes were shot and edited was markedly similar in the scenes, though the composition of the angles was changed up a bit depending on the scene in question (and the colors were richer than I think I’ve ever seen in one of her movies). The composition of the shots and the editing enhanced the look of the ladies more than a little bit with Willem DeFault taking on the job of editing (adding in a lot of goofy effects but still way better than the slow motion the director used to require); with the DVD mastering revealing no compression artifacts. The bitrate for the visuals hovered around the mid to upper 6 Mbps this time with few flaws but not as low in resolution as previous efforts in related series. The audio was presented in a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround English using a 384 Kbps bitrate; twice that of most porn made these days, with a minimalist leaning that seemed unique in most ways to productions outside of the Jack series, with the vocals always dominating the audio track as I like it. There wasn't much separation between the channels, if any outside of the intermittent music, but the ladies were always clearly heard here.

Body of Review: Jana Cova was one of the best subjects that director Celeste at Digital Playground ever had the pleasure of providing a vehicle for in terms of making movies. Jana's natural frame, sensual looks and piercing blue eyes have always been greatly inspirational to me and many other fans across the globe so as the company opens its vaults to some of her remaining scenes shot before she moved on. The upcoming Jana Cova: Video Nasty that comes out at the end of this month is one such title, a series of vignettes that include three full Jana scenes of her and attractive females as well as some truly hardcore scenes of guys pounding away on women as though they were possessed (including anal for those who care); the ladies enjoying the action as much as the men. If this sounds interesting to you, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Jana Cova, the beautiful blond featured on the front cover, and Shay Jordan, the exotic hotty seen in her lap there, were up first as Shay pointed out to Jana that: “A Plastic dick can’t cum…But I can”, as she joined the babe on the bed for some heated lesbian action. Toy handcuffs locked securely in place, Shay tried to dominate Jana, but both of them seemed to provide equal footage as they ate each other out and used toys to enhance the moment. Still, fans of either gal should be happy at the outcome thanks to the energy and chemistry they displayed.

Scene Two: Heather Gables, a blond stuck in a trash bag (thematically called “white trash” as they took her out of the green garbage bag), was released by Tommy Gunn and Marco Banderas, from the front porch to service their needs. Heather may not be a classic beauty but her lean body and repertoire of sexual skills were far from disposable; the gal dropping to her knees to provide some of the more passionate cocksucking seen in a long time in a Digital Playground movie. The frantic energy she engaged while slobbing their knobs was enough that they had to take her inside the house given the noise she was making. This led to more oral and the men taking turns on fucking her; an emphasis on anal action as she easily took all they had while blowing the other. If you hate those “glub glub” style hummers, you might find this less appealing but she was on fire and active throughout the scene, culminating in two wads of population pudding gracing her face and mouth for her to swallow. Sammie was the lead of the scene as she stuck her ass up in the air to proclaim “Ass: the other, other white meat” and Jana started in on her to jam an anal plug inside of her as Andie pawed away from the other side on the couch. There was some dildo play too as Jana and Andie continued playing with the frisky fraulein and the only distracting factor this time was the over the top vocals Sammie felt compelled to add in. There was PTM and spanking, some role reversal once Sammie got off to put Andie in the forefront of the action (marred only by a single large wart near her labia near the asshole). Eventually (this was a longer scene), Jana was taken care of by the other two ladies, Sammie still the most vocal and shy Andie savoring the moment as the toys plunged in an out of the sweet blond “former” contract performer.

Scene Six: Adrianna Nicole, one of the leading extreme queens in porn today, was up last and her inclusion into the movie was kind of interesting given the usual nature of Celeste’s movies (further proof that not being on set allows Robby to do as he pleases) but Tony De Sergio and Jerry were the lucky recipients of her skillful bag of tricks; the animal theme where she wasn’t quite housebroken leading to her aggressively sucking their cocks like a shining star. This led to them boning her like they owned her, pounding her ass one at a time (Tony needing a break from it all too) until jerking off into her mouth for swallowing.

Summary: Jana Cova: Video Nasty by director Celeste for Digital Playground was as close to gonzo as I think she has come, with a heated assortment of scenes that focused on adorable Jana Cova three separate times. When half the movie contains the lead, the title is considered truth in advertising by this reviewer and I’m glad that Jana still has plenty of solid scenes left to be released by the company. Given the quality of the cast, the technical values, and the amount of “Jana” fuck for the buck, I rated this one as Recommended though her fans might consider it worth even more since it is unlikely that Jana’s work elsewhere will look half as good. The movie comes out just after Christmas so keep an eye out for it and I think you’ll be happy you did if you find the sexy blond babe as attractive as I do. In short, Jana Cova: Video Nasty was a solid selection of scene showcasing Jana Cova that should help us all remember her stay at the company. Good job!
