Extra's: This being the rare one disc set from the director, I was not surprised to see fewer extras but they still represented quality offerings. The best of the bunch was the 52:29 minutes worth of BTS Photoshoots. Whoever held the camera seemed less skilled than the people Manuel usually uses (it was shaky, the color tone was off much of the time, and the framing wasn’t all that great) but as an extra it had a lot of appeal for watching the ladies. There was also a cast list, a set of limited filmographies, a pop shot recap, and a photogallery too.

Audio/Video Quality: The Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience was presented in a 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel. The colors were saturated and tinted much of the time, the lighting levels suboptimal, and there was a fair amount of grain (especially during the night vision scene) but once again Manuel brings home the raw energy despite these technical issues. I know that he and some of his friends are working on making even better looking movies for the future so I’ll patiently wait but this was again not as good looking as it should have been. The video bitrate hovered on the low end, often in the mid 2 Mbps area, and there was a little bit of aliasing going on but the composition of the camerawork was decent enough. In short, whatever technical limitations were present were not erection killing even if a guy like me wants improvement. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the 192 Kbps and were almost average compared to the video as all the gals could be heard (though the lack of separation and limited dynamic range could also be worked on).

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara is one of the most sought after performers in the porn industry due to the way he adores women. Say what you will about the guy but I heard it time and again how much his female peers love working with him so it’s a natural idea that his work as a director would be enhanced by his participation there too. Now that he’s busily knocking hits out at Evil Angel, he invokes the image of a man with it all; not just a career making him heaps of money or scores of hot women trying to jump his bones but industry acclaim as well so I was more than happy to see his first showcase title arrive the other day; a title called The Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience. For those that don’t keep up with modern events and people in porn, Jenny Hendrix is an attractive young lady on the rise in the industry; combining pouty lips, a youthful and beautiful face, as well as a killer body. Other ladies have been getting the showcase treatment in the past year too so it was a nice surprise that Manuel selected such a promising young lady as his first to try this with in a movie. The resulting scenes with her were nicely done and even the secondary scenes showed a lot of heat with other ladies of merit. If this interests you as much as it did me, here’s a brief glimpse into the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and the movie included what was billed as Jenny’s first double penetration (DP):

Scene One: Jenny Hendrix, the hotty featured on the front DVD cover, was up first on a bed with Manuel Ferrara; the pair reenacting her first anal experience. He sucked her ass clean and she slobbed his knob with gusto but she made it clear that she wasn’t into anal sex; rebuking his efforts to enter her perfect pucker. My initial disapproval that there was no tease in the scene aside, the pair showed some chemistry (not at all uncommon in one of Manuel’s scenes) and passion before the couple fighting (leading to a premature ending of the scene).

Scene Two: Aurora Jolie, a light skinned black gal with a wealth of curves and a love of anal sex, was up next in bed with Manuel Ferrara as Jenny watched a home movie he made. The plot device was cute but ultimately the scene had to stand on its own; something I had no reason to doubt in regards to how well these two would get along. The oral showed she was as skilled a cocksucker as ever and he was plundering her pucker in no time (she does not do vaginal sex at this writing, at least onscreen). She was an active rider of cock and did a lot of ATM, spreading her ass cheeks for easier entry and moaning in delight while using some solid dirty talk to enhance the moment. Scene Three: Aubrey Addams, an extremely cute gal that has been a darling of gonzo in 2007, was up next in a lesbian scene that helped Jenny Hendrix ease into anal action through the use of toys. Both took large toys in the ass and each of them ate at the Y, but I would have liked more tease in this scene as well (it could have been thematically added as they got drunk or something; a means to relax them both).

Scene Four: Delilah Strong, a great anal performer with powerful curves and an attitude to match, hotty Jenny Hendrix, and lucky Michael Stefano were up next as the trio engaged in a living room scene where Delilah sucked his cock, Jenny sat on Mike’s face, and then Jenny took it in the ass with some fairly active riding. This was the scene advertised as containing her first DP and while I’m not a chaser of “firsts”, I was interested to see how well she would handle it considering she is still very early in the learning curve regarding anal to begin with. The best thing about the scene for me was the inclusion of some tease footage with Jenny too; the gal putting on a blindfold to crawl around the floor before stuffing her face with the cocks of the men. Her oral skills never in question, Jenny became a cocksocket for Steve and Ian; leading to the DP where she was very passive physically (even while screaming out that she liked it). The dirty talk was limited but appreciated, though the color tones of the scene looked like the camera settings were way off. There was more of the B&W camera and the lack of tease was driving me nuts but the two still displayed plenty of enthusiasm for working together and that made the scene work on multiple levels. The loving way she wrapped her lips around his shaft and inhaled his rod helped make this a special little scene but it also left me wanting a lot more from them; I admit to being spoiled by many of the lengthier works at Evil and JJV in regards to Jenny’s skills. Jenny was still passive in her anal sex acts but fans will love the way she took the facial, even if she did not swallow it, and the fun factor was high here.

Summary: The Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel lacked the amounts of tease footage, the technical values, and the usual enthusiasm for anal sex that I’ve grown used to in Manuel’s movies but it had a solid cast of ladies including more footage of Jenny Hendrix than I think I’ve seen in any other release to date. Jenny is an up and comer in the industry from the looks of it and for all the heated antics she did participate in, I rated this as Recommended. Firsts in porn are never the “bests” but fans of Jenny Hendrix should consider this a “must have” DVD given the amount of scenes she was in and the diversity of what she did inside of them; the general consumer might want to consider the dynamic employed by the show more as a result. In short, The Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience will be best for fans of the lady but it had some moderate replay and stroke value all the same so check it out.
