Audio/Video Quality: Angels of Debauchery 7 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jonni Darkko for Evil Angel. The bitrate hovered on the higher end of the scale much of the time, typically in the mid 6 Mbps range though jumping around a fair bit too; going higher as often as not. The lighting was often flat and solid, reducing the amount of grain, video noise, and other flaws directly related to the technical aspect. The fleshtones were perfect with the crisp look of clarity I like when Jonni is spot on with his work. The composition was almost always favorable to the ladies and the editing seemed to enhance the look of the show more than a little bit, thanks to the extensive efforts of Eddie Powell who also made the cool DVD menus stand out with his skilful touch (my only complaint being the inability to skip to a specific point in the movie with the way it was mastered). In general, this was another very visually appealing piece of work though thanks to the efforts of the production staff as well as the cast. The audio was provided in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English track (at a 192 Kbps) was thumping but truncated at the right moment after the tease to allow the vocals to get the spotlight during the scenes.

Body of Review: Jonni Darkko has been a pornographer for years now and unlike so many flash in the pan types that get lots of attention, the man simply goes about doing what he likes to do for his titles distributed by Evil Angel. I haven’t always been a fan of his, finding the variety of quality he provides to vary quite a lot in his earlier years but nowadays he seems to be knocking them out of the park on a frequent basis. This is what happens when you refuse to chase the latest trend in the industry or copy the works of others (usually poorly) as his peers often do, my estimation of his skill to be well above what many outsiders are aware of. One of the factors in his recent works looking so good has to be the assistance of his long time friend Eddie Powell, a quality oriented director himself, but make no mistake about it; Jonni stands on his own merits. His latest title making it to me was Angels of Debauchery 7, the sequel to Angels of Debauchery 6 that I enjoyed so much. I don’t claim to have special knowledge of the exact themes Jonni is providing here except to say that he does his very best to find top quality ladies that have few limits to their sexual depravity and enjoyment that are willing to go full steam ahead in their scenes. The tease and attitude set this series apart so you go into a new volume pretty much assured of a winner from what I’ve seen. That said, here’s a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Maya Hills, the exotic blond anal princess, was up first as she teased during a musical montage in her skimpy undies. She’s been hit or miss with me more than usual of late but I still think Jonni brings out some of her best work so I kicked back to watch, finding out she was in her zone the entire time. Summary: Angels of Debauchery 7 by director Jonni Darkko for Evil Angel might not have been his very best work to date but it provided plenty of fuck for the buck thanks to the amount of replay value, strokability, and solid extras enhancing the value of the release so I rated it as Recommended. Most of the ladies offered up superior tease and the editing made it even better though the oral was almost always better than the penetrative sex. In short, Angels of Debauchery 7 was not quite up to the quality level of Angels of Debauchery 6 yet I found some ladies here that I truly want to see a lot more of, my only concern being that many directors won’t be able to coax such performances out of them.
