Extras: Given that there were four individual movies included in this DVD set for the price of a single flick, any extras would merely serve as icing on the proverbial cake. Each of the titles in the Cheating Housewives series (1-4) appears to have kept the same original extras, limited to photogalleries, trailers, some minor deleted scenes and several Behind the Scenes features where the cast and crew had a chance to talk and prepare for their scenes. The generic black DVD holder came in a cardboard slipcase that had a lot of pictures and smaller versions of the original covers for fans to enjoy (at least the front covers).

Audio/Video Quality: M.I.L.F. 4 Disc Set was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame (the first three movies) and a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen (#4) color as originally shot by director Mike Metropolis for release by Smash Pictures. The lighting was solid in most cases and that led to limited amounts of grain and video noise compared to similar movies by other directors. The composition of the shots was virtually always favorable to the ladies, focusing on their strengths rather than minor flaws in most cases, and that added some measure of fun to the scenes here. The DVD was mastered well enough and I thought the visual elements worked very nicely generally speaking. The bitrate hovered around the mid 4 Mbps mark, typically just shy of it, for most of the movie and I saw no compression artifacts as a result. Of particular interest on the final movie (the one shot in anamorphic widescreen), the production values looked better on several points; the marked improvement looking nice on my large television even though the audio bitrate dropped to 192 Kbps on that one. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio was slightly hollow in the limited setting of the couch in the living room in most cases. I could not always hear the vocals well enough for my tastes so they were sometimes a bit mixed in terms of quality but once the sex started, everything sounded fine. The audio had the non-standard bitrates of 192/256/320 Kbps and was about average in most ways.

Body of Review: Compilations are all the rage these days but not the tossed together low end crud that dominated the market years ago (a marketing technique embraced by a handful of companies even today). No, companies realizing that back catalog sales for most titles are painfully weak in almost all cases, with rare exceptions, have been offering up either groups of their best scenes or even bundling entire movies together for thematic presentations at really acceptable prices. Today's review is for such a set directed by Mike Metropolis for Smash Pictures called M.I.L.F. 4 Disc Set, assembling the first four volumes in the popular Cheating Housewives series. While I was a bit taken aback that the box cover did not advertise where the scenes came from, it did provide the covers of the four releases in question, and any seasoned porn lover would realize that many of the ladies listed inside the front flap have long since stopped performing so I did not penalize the rating in any major way.

Each movie was a series of five vignettes that would set up a situation where the lady was not getting quality sex at home and went on the prowl for trouser trout, picking up joggers, grocery store sackers, pool boys, or pretty much anyone with a stiffy willing to use it. Those familiar with most MILF series know the acronym stands for "Mothers I'd Like to Fuck" and while not all the ladies in the movie fit the definition (at least that I know of), almost all of them outside of Aurora Snow fit the general dynamic very nicely. Ladies like Kylie Ireland, Vicky Vette, Tiffany Mynx, Alana Evans, RayVeness, and even Nina Hartley (whom some refer to as a "GILF") were all present with director Mike Metropolis adding in cute bits of amusing humor to the scenarios that played out when I selected the storyline version of the movies (you could also skip the non-sex parts by choosing wall to wall; much like the old VCA releases provided several years back).

Thematically, there were a lot of cuckold set ups in the earlier volumes of the flicks, the men uncredited but at least a few looking familiar enough to fans that have seen enough BTS features. Wankus as the sports nut was among the best but David and a few others served nicely as the inadequate lovers that pushed their spouses away into the arms of the willing men too. Rather than give you a direct blow by blow description of the twenty scenes, I decided to try something a friend suggested and offer up a bunch of pictures instead. For those that care, a lot of the scenes showed women doing anal with blowjobs and vaginal positions being in every scene. The final scene between Brittany Andrews and Christian even showed her infamous strap on dildo action plowing into Christian's well worn backside but most of the kink was limited to DP's and ATM where applicable. The technical aspects got better as the series progressed, even making the move to anamorphic widescreen in the fourth volume, so despite the wooden acting in many scenes, the ladies were made to look their best. Almost all of the ladies were active riders of cock at some point in their scenes and while the editing was a mixed bag, I thought a lot of you would enjoy the set. Summary: M.I.L.F. 4 Disc Set by director Mike Metropolis for release by Smash Pictures was a wealth of solid sexual material based on the sexual prowess of older women on the prowl. The amount of fuck for the buck value was such that I rated it as Recommended, nearly going a step higher when factoring in the strokability and replay value, but overall, it was a decent combination of scenes by the company. In short, M.I.L.F. 4 Disc Set (Cheating Housewives 1-4) showed that Smash Pictures could step up to the plate with the big companies when it came to making some valued compilations directed at targeted markets, the MILF theme here covered very nicely by their director.
