Extras: The extras were all located on the second disc of the set, including a trailer for the movie itself, Squirt Machines, Dirty Rotten Mother Fuckers; a lengthy photogallery (lasting 7:40 minutes), and a 13:47 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. Gina was heavily featured on the BTS (of course) and the feature assisted in showing who the male performers working with her were this time. It was fun and Chris seemed to project a sense of enthusiasm second only to that he gave the project back in January when discussing it at the AEE. There was also an interesting slip case to the DVD case that folded out to show shots from each of the skits.

Audio/Video Quality: The Interactive Gina Lynn was presented in a non-standard 1.78:1 ratio letterboxed widescreen color as shot by director Chris Streams for Jules Jordan Video. For those of you familiar with virtual sex releases, this was a fusion of that style and more traditional gonzo, trying to provide the best of both worlds and while not always succeeding, doing a pretty solid job in this MPEG-2 offering. The colors were accurate in all six of the scenarios, the only one showing them to be over saturated was the last one (Hip Hop Interracial), with the camera work enhancing the look of Gina in almost every case. The editing was minimal but added to the fun as well, a few quirks appearing in this regard but nothing out of line with most gonzo porn these days. The clips all allowed for changing out on the fly, moving to one section or another more easily than most virtual sex titles of late, and it looked good overall. The bitrate hovered in the mid 4 Mbps range and I saw little macro-blocking or compression artifacts, the use of anamorphic widescreen and blu-ray would have enhanced it substantially being my belief. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English with a standard 192 Kbps bitrate, the music on the loud side with the vocals slightly soft in most cases.

Body of Review: Chris Streams is the newest director distributed by Jules Jordan Video and given the quality of his releases both there and at his former employer, I think it is clear that Jules made a good decision in picking him up. The quantity of his current work is nearly matched by the quality, both significant improvements over the cost cutting measures he was forced to employ while working for others, the results being that he provides a lot of fuck for the buck you won't find so easily on the market these days. His latest release is a winner too with The Interactive Gina Lynn, a virtual sex title starring that well loved hotty Gina Lynn in what amounts to her second showcase by the company that should keep her in the limelight (the first being Darkside: Gina Lynn from a few years ago). The lengthy title provided Gina in six separate scenarios where she could tease, suck, and fuck her way to your hearts, not exactly offering a whole lot of new angles for the genre but still raising the bar for this year's awards as nothing close in the genre has come out to date. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: The Maid: Gina Lynn teased for 3:03 minutes, slowly taking off her maid outfit as she pranced around the house. There was then a bit under 3 minutes of her masturbating with her fingers, allowing the option of using a vibrator for 2:21 minutes. The feather duster vibrator looked good gong into her but I wanted more, moving to the Sex portion of the scenario where the options expanded significantly by Gina showing either a "Sexy" or "Slutty" option (determining her attitude and how she acted) for a Blow Job, Missionary Sex, Cowgirl, Doggy. The pop shots looked real with the hummer offering a mouth pop, a titty pop, or the population pudding flying on her titties (each vaginal position offering a corresponding pop shot too. It was a nice selection of fun with the standard position being between 2 and 3 minutes long each.

Scene Two: Schoolgirl: Gina Lynn was next up as a slutty school girl wearing a red plaid skirt and black stockings (and a black leather bustier). The options were similar as the last choice with the costume providing the majority of the variety but Gina has long been a wonderfully talented stripper (yes, I've seen her in person) and the fact is that fans will appreciate all six of the selections. Gina likes putting on a show and the attention it brings her, always giving a guy his money's worth. The toy used in the masturbation (with a toy option) was a black spear-like device but she again appeared to get off with it. The black board with multiple lines saying "I will not suck dick in class" was funny and again, the pop shots to the standardized sex acts looked real.

Scene Three: Nurse: Gina Lynn was last up on the first disc wearing a fetish stripper outfit in a medical setting. The glass toy was a dildo only and very large, but she did not concentrate with penetration and more on orally teasing using the device. The sex showed her to be just as heated as the prior scenes, the generic formula working better than I thought it would thanks in large part to the way Gina elevated the scenario to the fullest extent of her capability.

Scene Four: Gina & Friend: Gina Lynn was next up in the first scene of the second disc in a lesbian scene with Francesca Le; a well known hotty in porn circles. The tease was labeled as "foreplay" and all too short, lasting only 46 seconds before they engaged in a duality of selections including pussy eating and strap on sex. You could switch the two to have one or the other in control of the action (a nice touch), with a lot of dirty talk in both scenarios for fans of these two premium babes. As a secondary bit of action here, there was the option of the ladies giving a blowjob with the familiar sexy or slutty attitude, a choice of the population pudding going to the face or mouth of the gals. It looked like Mark Wood's rod in action this time but I don't pretend to be an expert in male anatomy so your mileage may vary.

Scene Five: Fetish: Gina Lynn was then up in a jail cell wearing a white fishnet outfit accentuated by blue ropes. She gyrated very appealingly but exactly why this was considered "fetish" is beyond me since the outfit was less fetish oriented than several of the others. Still, it was a nice change of pace in terms of the visual elements and the toy for the masturbation with a toy portion included what appeared to be a police baton styled dildo.

Scene Six: Hip Hop Interracial: Gina Lynn was up last in her cover outfit that consisted of a air brushed crop top t-shirt and tiny shorts, performing on a strip club stage. The lighting was substantially weaker than usual in this one, the strobes and colored lighting mimicking that of a mid level club. I know that is probably the scenario Gina is most comfortable with given her extensive experience in such clubs but it was not the best captured by any means; a nice addition to the movie but hardly optimal in making her look her very best. The toy was a silver looking dildo and she taste tested it a bunch, her juices flowing freely throughout the scene from what I could tell and her partner appearing to be Shorty Mac.

Summary: The Interactive Gina Lynn by director Chris Streams for Jules Jordan Video was long (not "over 6 hours" as advertised, since the 26:17 minutes of extras combined with the 265:38 minutes of footage was indeed a great value for fans of Gina but not quite as advertised), strong, and sufficient to warrant a rating of Highly Recommended for her fans and genre lovers alike. Gina was in all the scenes, centrally located, and the dominant force so you will find nothing as dedicated to her presence; and that makes this a "must have" for said fans such as myself. In short, The Interactive Gina Lynn was a solid tribute to Gina Lynn and her ability to assist her fans in milking loads out of their cocks, a nicely done effort by the director to be praised.
