Extras: The best extra was the 22:59 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Axel Braun. It was mostly a series of interviews with the ladies getting a chance to show off their bodies, some cute comments made along the way (like how Mikey was over two and a half hours late for his scene with Aubrey). I would have preferred some deleted sex footage on top of that but it wasn't a bad extra for fans of these gals. There was also a slide show, trailers, and some spam for those of you that care.

Audio/Video Quality: Anal Training was presented in an anamorphic widescreen color with an aspect ratio of about 1.78:1 as shot by director Axel Braun for release by Hustler Video using the MPEG-2 codec. The introductory portion of each scene employed more of an artistic bend to it while the sexual portions were largely handled in a straightforward manner with reasonable lighting that limited the grain, video noise, and limited the compression artifacts. The composition of the camera angles was hit or miss for me since there only appeared to be a single camera deployed this time and the editing was often not conducive to making the ladies look their very best yet Axel did seem to provide a competent display of the ladies here. The bitrate itself was often in the mid 4 Mbps end this time, helping make the production decent looking if not fully realizing the entire disc as well as could be expected. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo English using the 192 Kbps bitrate expected of the movie. There was no separation of the vocals, limited dynamic range, and a few off camera comments easily heard while some of the performers were not so fortunate.

Body of Review: Axel Braun comes from a somewhat famous background if the rumors are correct regarding his ties to early smut producers so it is not surprising that he would continue the traditions laid out before him by working with Hustler Video to make modern porn. His latest title to make it my way is Anal Training, a movie with five scenes showing a variety of ladies getting their perfect puckers penetrated by an admittedly weak cast of males. Still, my attention was perked up by the inclusion of hotty Aubrey Addams, the cute blond on the front cover, and this release from Hustler's Hardline series was clearly dedicated to anal sex tricks for the backdoor booty aficionados; the potential quite high given the amount of quality ass on the line. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Patricia Petite, a lean blond with an all natural body and pretty eyes, was up first as she gave a short tease performance in a secluded room that had a choppy look to it; much like you see on the internet. That led her to sucking the meat pipe of well hung Chris Charming, paying as much attention to the camera as the dick in a scene-weakening manner. Patricia gave decent head but focused most of her efforts on the head and used her hand on the shaft so your mileage may vary considerably. Chris didn't eat her out before starting to vaginally drill her either, something I rarely like to miss, but his lack of rhythm most upset my viewing partner of the movie. She was passive during the penetrative sex, her vocals sounding completely generic and unbelievable too, the anal portion not changing her attitude at all. Patricia was physically appealing but largely a waste of time here, even the editing unable to make it look better. The scene ended when Chris rubbed out a moderate load of population pudding to her ass cheeks, her well worn asshole looking painfully red before the abrupt cut.

Scene Two: Joslyn James, a busty brunette implant performer, was up next wearing sexy black lingerie as she jerked off both Jay Lassiter and Chris Charming on a couch. In fairness to Joslyn, she did manage to pump herself on the cock during a bit of the anal towards the end of the scene but it was too little and too late to save the scene for me; the interruption for the money shot where she asked the audience if they were ready for it, breaking the rhythm even more than usual. She helped milk one load to her face while Jay worked out the second, not a bad ending to a marginal scene.

Scene Three: Samantha Sin, a 22 year old Arizonan gal, started to give some details of her life when aging Scotty Lyons spoke for the masses and jammed a cock in her mouth; saying "they don't care". I would have liked to have at least a nod to the tease or build up but at least she seemed happy to work with the very modest member Scotty was sporting, making it an easier pay day than if she had to work with Chris, for example. Samantha was the first active rider of the movie though so the scene had some stroke value, though her anal activities were a far cry from the superior vaginal she gave. The scene ended when he pulled out to launch his modest load at her crotch, Samantha licking it as the unfocused camera pulled away.

Scene Four: Aubrey Addams, the incredibly cute gal on the front cover, was up next as she skipped the tease to tell the world how she had a black gal booty as Mikey Butders warmed her up. Aubrey has come a very long way in her career, moving from using her looks too heavily to showing she could be just as much a powerhouse sex freak as most in the industry in a very short time. The scene almost ended in a genuine anal creampie, his seed seen leaving his prick as he pulled out slightly too far a few times, but he rubbed out most of it once exiting the perfect pucker to launch towards the gape.

Scene Five: Daphne Rosen, a thick gal known best in the greater metropolitan Boston area, was up last as she masturbated to some generic music in the darkened room from the first scene. Seconds into it, Jay Lassiter, joined in to get blown, weakening the tease portion considerably until Daphne showed how much she savored a cock in her mouth. Summary: Anal Training by director Axel Braun for Hustler Video lacked finesse and creative vision in favor of a straightforward approach that some of you might prefer. The biggest thing holding it back was the lackadaisical performances by several of the ladies and the male cast was strictly third tier for the most part so I rated the DVD as a Rent It. Aubrey Addams was the star of the show, followed by Samantha Sin (who showed a lot of potential), but even some of the others that I have praised in the past were not up to snuff so the production suffered. In short, Anal Training needed some more time getting an education before it was ready to release, give it a look if you like the cast but don't expect much for your minimal rental fee.
