Extras: The only extra worth discussing was the 7:59 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It was too short and did not give much screen time to the ladies but it was better than nothing despite some issues with the audio being far too low. They saved the best for last with Luscious followed by Brianna but there was simply no time for interviews, clips of deleted footage or other footage worthwhile of your attention. There was also a photogallery and a cumshot recap but that was it outside of the true double sided DVD cover and slipcase.

Audio/Video Quality: Ass For Days 6 was presented in a very appealing 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Gregg Alan for Diabolic Digital. The lighting was almost always decent; optimal on the bodies as it limited the grain, video noise, and shadows other productions seem unable to get rid of far too often; but the visuals were not perfect either. The composition of the shots weren't always completely flattering to the ladies but at least there was rarely any doubt about what was going on and where it was going; given the quality of the cast, this made it more enjoyable too. The fleshtones were generally accurate and the bitrate hovered in the mid 4 Mbps area so it looked very appealing in most ways to my jaded porn hound eyes. There were no compression artifacts and the visuals were generally handled pretty well here too for those that care about the nitty gritty details. The audio was presented in a 1.0 Dolby Digital English using the standard 192 Kbps bitrate. The music was generic but the vocals; while plain as could be, could be heard in almost all cases; only slightly hollow at times when the ladies were making it clear their limits were being pushed. There was no separation here given that it was a monaural track and the dynamic range was limited too but I had no issues with the audio this time.

Body of Review: Gregg Alan is reported to be not only a director for Diabolic Digital but someone much higher up in the organization with a creative itch to scratch. Unlike some companies where the main men (and women) are too busy to get their hands dirty, this is one way for the company to keep up and maybe even surpass some competitors as it uses the experience at the same time as making the leaders well aware of the drastically changing times. That said, his latest project is Ass For Days 6, the sequel to Ass For Days 5 that I found so appealing in large part due to some fine casting. Thankfully, the tradition of casting a solid stable of hot women continues with names such as Brianna Love, Luscious Lopez, and Mackenzee Pierce leading the way (as well as some newcomers you might find irresistible). Each gal is booty-certified to provide a good time for ass lovers everywhere, my initial reaction to the team being very favorable. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Brianna Love, the hotty on the front cover, was an excellent choice to open up the movie given her rise in popularity in the last year. She was teasing to please and shaking her ass like she was continuing her roll, ending up with cut Talon as her partner this time. Her scene was probably the shortest of the movie but her red satin nightie didn't stay on too long and there was just enough tease provided to give the impression she wanted to do more of it that I didn't mark it down as such. James Deen was her partner and while the Prince of Alt-porn is not completely untalented, he has long lacked the attributes associated with a quality scene for me, in this case moving straight to a vaginal fuck with the minimal oral coming later. Whatever else might be said, he seems unwilling to go down on a lady and my experience with that kind of thing is that any guy that really likes women, also likes giving them head. Glenn can consider this another positive notch on his belt as a result, the quality of casting the ladies certainly a major reason for the success of the release. I admit to wanting more in some areas of the movie and the male talent was in need of an overhaul (maybe some of them work cheaper or are more readily available than others but even though meat puppets are a small consideration, they should be a consideration if you catch my drift). In short, Ass For Days 6, the sequel to Ass For Days 5, was actually a step up in most ways, the technical matters combining with the energy levels to show the series on the rise once again. Maybe I'll grab a copy of the earlier volumes to one day make a direct comparison but for now, this showed Diabolic as being still a player in the gonzo field. Good job!
