Extras: The best extras were the Behind the Scenes segments, of which there were four separate ones, starting with Brianna Love and James Deen lasting 57:17 minutes, a second with Lexi Belle and Mr. Pete lasting 46:03 minutes, a third with Gianna lasting 37:34 minutes, and a last one with Kimberly Kane and John Strong lasting 40:28 minutes. Each of them spent some time interviewing the ladies, proving Aiden was more than just a cameraman as has been suggested by various sources, and there was some nudity and/or sex in all of them for the fans. I would have enjoyed getting to see all the cast given such spotlights but I cannot deny the appeal of these as extras for fans and the general public alike. There was also a cumshot recap, a cast list, some limited filmographies, trailers to Butthole Whores 2, Fucking Girls 5, and Discovering Alexis Texas, and six photogalleries as well as a true double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: Manhandled 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by directors Belladonna and Aiden for release by Evil Angel/Deadly Nightshade Productions/Belladonna Entertainment in a standard definition release using the MPEG-2 codec (some letterboxed widescreen provided too). I don't get many of her movies these days but I have long found her to provided very heated, if raw looking titles that were better on pairings than technical values, using Aiden on camera in almost all cases (though I'd chip in for him to take a few classes). This was the case here as well with the home movie look of many scenes, the mixed level of lighting, and the resulting grain and video noise. Still, the action was clear enough and fans will find the sheer amount of lesbian fuck for the buck to be enough to largely compensate for the technical limitations. The camera angles weren't always favorable to the performers either (maybe cameraman Aiden could keep the camera a bit steadier), making some look worse than usual even as they actively handled the cocks in front of them, but Bella's movies have rarely been known for how good they look so I doubt fans are going to fuss loudly at this point in the game over technical values (it didn't help that the video bitrate was often in the mid 1 Mbps range, some compression artifacts observed). In any case, the audio was presented in a similar fashion with a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in the usual 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate) offering that sounded hollow with no separation between the channels and no music to bore you with. There were some off camera noises at times and a few bits of vocal acting that could have been done over to sound better but the visuals were the worst part of this section.

Body of Review: Evil Angel currently has one of the strongest director lineups in all of porn, serving as a distributor for them rather than own their titles outright. This gives said directors more of an incentive to provide the best quality and quantity as anything less simply won't sell as well. One of their most liked directors in my experience has been Belladonna; the world renowned extreme queen that has been on national television and embraces her sexuality in all its myriad of forms without reservation. Those familiar with her know that her website tends to offer sex acts that few distributors would openly handle but her DVD releases are usually on the cutting edge (some would say the bleeding edge) too, providing hardcore sex acts that earn her a lot of respect from raincoaters everywhere. In short, Manhandled 3: Special Extended Set was similar to Manhandled 2 and fans of rough sex will appreciate it more than anyone despite minor issues with inconsistent performances so check it out.
