Extras: The best extra was the 22:23 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by a bunch of people on set (including Ivan, Chris, Ricky, and maybe Tony). There was more tease footage, more sex taking place, and some of the cast goofing off so it was well worth checking out. There was also a pop shot recap and a photogallery as well as a true double sided DVD cover and slip case for those who care.

Audio/Video Quality: Sweet Cheeks 10 was presented in an interestingly shot 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color by director Ivan for Anabolic in the MPEG-2 codec. This version of the show was the SD (standard version) so it was not as clear or crisp (from what I'm told) as the Blu-Ray release but it wasn't bad looking for the most part. The lighting was such that a lot of the scenes looked washed out, the glare of the lighting bouncing off the ladies or the lack thereof causing the colors to look too saturated. Still, the composition of the camera angles showed an invasive interest in the ladies having fun, capturing the heat of the gals going at one another and attacking the cock, making for a lot of fun indeed. The video bitrate on this MPEG-2 version was in the mid 5 Mbps most of the time I paid it any attention, some aliasing and grain observed (along with slight amounts of macro blocking) but still, it was better than I'd heard from reputable sources so I can only imagine that the high definition version looked even better (I believe this was the second or third movie the company released in Blu-Ray, the first one looking pretty solid). Having seen some of Ivan's demo work (mainstream material too), I know that he will adjust to the rigors of high definition in due time, this merely a stepping stone in that sense that showcases his potential only fairly well. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital using the 192 Kbps bitrate (with optional music). The music was subdued and not intrusive at all so if your player supports the function, by all means leave it on even if it was generic in nature. The vocals were slightly hollow with no separation but I could hear the ladies at all times, the pairing off making it tougher but not too bad either.

Body of Review: Ivan is probably the best known director at Anabolic these days, his mainstream projects gathering him more acclaim but his porn inducing plenty of personal accolades from what I've heard in his stint there. A "no-frills" type of director, Ivan tends to provide a decent amount of tease from the ladies but never loses sight of the fact that a great many viewers are even more interested in the ladies getting down & dirty as early as possible so I was glad he managed to balance the two concepts nicely in Sweet Cheeks 10. While I haven't seen much of the series to date, a few of my fellow reviewers have found them to their liking, claiming that Ivan is "the next William Nutsack" despite my protests that he's his own man. This time, he managed to show a lot of oiled up hotties getting frisky for the camera, including a number of gals that haven't been "shot out" as is the case all too often these days in gonzo. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Samira and Aliana Love, a couple of curvy brunettes with ample sample asses, were up first as they teased by the pool, oiling up helping to make it especially nice as far as I was concerned (not pouring it on in excess like the fabulous BWA series but enough to slicken up their bodies really well indeed). The music played while the gals frolicked by the pool, the montage providing some of the best action of the scene for me. The ladies were then situated inside the house, both wearing black & blue lingerie that looked sexy on them, their seductive moves practiced on each other before they took care of Tony T. I thought the camera settings looked better for outdoor work but the raw energy was pretty solid here, Tony giving a nod to giving oral before fucking them in turns and getting some head from them. The screwing was moderately active here, not the best of the movie but enough to add some strokability to the scene. Thankfully, Tony didn't talk a whole lot here, that tendency of his weakening many scenes in the past, but the ladies getting the center stage here. There was some PTM here too but the chemistry between the ladies carried the scene even further right up to the ending facial making it a decent opening scene even with the limited toy use (and as with any "last boy/girl scene", it was a fond farewell).

Scene Two: Mackenzee Pierce, a shapely little gal wearing pink and yellow undies, was up next as she followed the formula, the tease montage well cut but showing some moiré and extra video noise. Her fleshy ass was a delight to behold though and it ended far too quickly and even my appreciation of the oiling action wanted more. Summary: Sweet Cheeks 10 by director Ivan for Anabolic was a lot of fun to appreciate and well worth a rating of Recommended thanks to the amount of fuck for the buck, replay value, and strokability provided by the cast. Ivan showed he could reign in various personalities and milk decent scenes out of them too, the high definition version probably clearing up many of the minor technical issues that were slight but noticeable. In short, Sweet Cheeks 10 definitely had a lot of sweet looking cheeks proudly displayed by the nine attractive women, only a few of them really mediocre in their performances but all were looking worth a few loads.
