Extras: The best extra was clearly the 21:56 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. The additional sex and set up information on the scenes covered was interesting and heated at the same time; focusing largely on the deleted sex footage from a few of the scenes. Audio/Video Quality: Black Owned 3 was presented in an anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 widescreen color the movie was shot in by director Jules Jordan for Jules Jordan Video in the MPEG-2 codec used for standard definition releases. There was some variation in the lighting that added a bit of addition grain but I saw few other issues as the camera kept an active stance at providing the best angles to showcase the ladies. The editing helped in this endeavor too with a movie as long as this one needing extra care to make sure that there is enough tease but also heated sexual antics. Some scenes had a light yellow tint (from the way the lighting inside differed from the outside light I suspect) but there was little to really complain about given the manner in which the scenes were shot as well as the quality of the action. The bitrate was on the low side yet there were no compression artifacts, the aliasing minimal and given the sheer amount of quality footage on display, most fans will be quite happy. The bitrate hovered all over the place this time, typically in the 4.2 Mbps range, but varied across the board depending on the scene. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (at 192 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) offering that really didn't use any separation in terms of the vocals (there was some potential to do so here too). The dynamic range was also kind of generic, an area that seemed slightly better than previous efforts and an area that Jules could easily improve to make best use of the great many home theaters in the hands of porn fans everywhere.

Body of Review: Jules Jordan is currently considered one of the most popular directors of gonzo material by a wide assortment of folks around the world, his stable of distributed directors at Jules Jordan Video all sharing a similar vision about providing the most fuck for the buck possible, their releases typically longer and of higher quality than any in the field they so readily dominate. Some of my fellow reviewers adore Jules, Erik, Chris, Mike, and the others under his umbrella but it is clear to see who inspires them to be the best they can be. That said, his latest title to come my way was Black Owned 3: Special Edition, the sequel to Black Owned 2; a series of six interracial scenes starring some of the most popular ladies of the day at this writing. From Shyla Stylez's curvy body, to the former contract MILF Julia Ann, to extreme queen Annette Schwarz, and several others worthy of your time, money, and seed, this was one of those black male on white female titles that should shut a few people up and satiate the rest of us thanks to how well the ladies interacted with the men. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

The technical values were not perfect but they showed Jules firmly in charge of the show and it was better as a result, my own nonchalance towards interracial tested since some of the scenes were so well done.
