Extras: The best extras were on the second disc of the set, specifically the 59:21 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. The cast was shown having more sex and there was more nudity with Mike showing lots more action in what were deleted portions of the scenes or what you could call POV footage with thankful ladies servicing the needs of Tim Von Swine to add some humor too. Granted, it was less strokable than straightforward sex but it did add entertainment value all the same. Then there was a pop shot recap, a nice slipcover, a cast list (the entire cast this time), a photogallery, and trailers to six of Mike's other titles, including stuff like POV Pervert 10, Elastic Assholes 6, Praise the Load, Sperm Receptacles 3, Boobaholics Anonymous 3, No Cum Dodging Allowed 8, Peep Show, Semen Sippers 6, Racial Tension 2, Sperm Overload, and POV Pervert 8.

Audio/Video Quality: Boobaholics Anonymous 4 was presented in an appealingly clear 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Mike John for Jules Jordan Video as presented in the MPEG-2 format so common to standard definition titles (and 480i resolution). The lighting was pretty good, limiting the grain and other visual flaws in the open settings of the house but some of the scenes had an uncharacteristic amount of washed out parts too. The composition of the shots was largely enhancing to the ladies though as they diddled themselves or took on their partners with assistance by Tim Von Swine. There were no compression artifacts (the bitrate hovering in the upper 3.9 Mbps range most of the time) but the fleshtones were all I expected them to be, making this one visually decent for me though not the very best I've seen from Mike in the past. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio (in 192 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) was a bit more basic with no separation or major dynamic range but I could always hear what was said and the music didn't interfere with my viewing pleasure.

Body of Review: Mike John is one of those gonzo directors that brings with him the kind of eye for detail that fans appreciate about his work at Jules Jordan Video. He is widely recognized as one of the champions of quantity as well as quality, gearing his various series to the market niches so often under served by lesser companies/directors, many of his fans for one genre (like his POV titles) looking into his swallowing flicks by virtue of all he has to offer. His latest release is Boobaholics Anonymous 4: Special Edition, the sequel to Boobaholics 3, where a variety of large chested ladies get to showcase their breasts before having gonzo sex. The emphasis was on naturally large breasts but essentially, if you are like most males on the planet, you are more interested with what the ladies do with them then their origins in the lengthy scenes. With tease added into the equation in large amounts, the general "formula" for lack of a better term was satisfied by the six women provided here, all of them gifted in one way or another but each possessing the kind of funbags men appreciate.
