Extras: The best extra was the "Bonus Core" scene with 19 year old Virginia Want and Donnie lasting 12:41 minutes where the saucy brunette gave him a wonderfully solid blowjob in POV fashion. Audio/Video Quality: Teens in Tight Jeans 3 (Blu-ray) was presented in widescreen color with an approximate aspect ratio of 1.78:1 as shot by director Donnie Cabo for release by Vouyer Media using the VC-1 codec and the resolution clocking in at 1080i. The lighting was flat and even, the high definition upgrade noticeable to me right off as a result, though the bitrate was on the low side in order to fit the entire project onto a single sided disc. There was a little grain and the fleshtones were even better than usual, Donnie showing some talent with the camera as I have observed in numerous other company releases in the past. As mentioned, the bitrate hovered around the 11.6 Mbps rate most of the time I was paying attention but it varied greatly during the project so this might have looked even better on a dual layer disc or spread across two discs (but it was still a winner as far as I was concerned). The composition of the shots was such that the ladies were made to look as good as Donnie could make them and given his level of skill developed over the years, he showed he still has what it takes to make hot women even hotter looking. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (192 Kbps bitrate and usual 48 kHz sampling rate) but there was no separation between the channels and the vocals were on the low side in all but a few circumstances.

Body of Review: Donnie Cabo is one of the creative team over at Vouyer Media that proves his worth in every production he assists with. I prefer his work as a director for them but even when he is working the camera, his eye for the ladies makes the show look better from what I have seen. His latest release is Teens in Tight Jeans 3 (Blu-ray), a high definition title focusing on youthful performers that aren't shot out yet, primarily very lean gals that show some serious moves. I have found previous efforts in the series to be exceptionally appealing and I'm not one of those critics caught up in the "younger is better" dynamic, the company going out of its way to ensure the best casting possible makes their titles sought after. This high definition Blu-ray release of the movie added to the fun as well, the increased detail and resolution a nice step forward though far from the best it could be (when they move to 1080p resolution and increase the video bitrate much higher, I'll sing their praises for it), still a solid attempt to catch the wave of the future in this second company outing on the format. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

In short, Teens in Tight Jeans 3 (Blu-ray) might not have been quite as good as Teens in Tight Jeans 2 in terms of talent, the high definition upgrade was enough to merit additional attention from fans that are equipped with a decent home theater. My only advice regarding the technical aspects of the production would be to shoot for 1080p and improve the bitrates in the future so the best possible picture can be displayed compared to the competition, but the youth theme was solidly presented as expected from Vouyer Media.
