Audio/Video Quality: Bleached to the Bone 2 was presented in a solid 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Danny "Pat Myne" Case for 3rd Degree using the usual MPEG-2 codec favored for standard definition releases offered up in 480i resolution. The settings were bare bone basic which allowed for fair lighting that minimized the grain, video noise, and aliasing of the visual elements. The down side was that there was a need for more lighting and a steadier camera. The composition of the shots was generally favorable to the ladies for the most part but the almost random editing seemed to distract at times when the camera would zoom in on some blemish or other visually weak moment and be left in the final product. The video bitrate varied considerably but seemed to hover around the mid 4.3 Mbps mark, few compression artifacts observed and the overall impression given to be favorable despite some grain and soft focus issues at times. I also found the colors to be somewhat saturated, lending an air of fakeness to some of the scenes that they simply should not have had. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the 192 Kbps standard under a 48 kHz sampling rate, the vocals showing no separation but the minimalist opening music giving the slight impression that it did matter to someone to add in some head space. The dynamic range was otherwise kind of limited but this being gonzo porn, I really did not expect a whole lot in that regard.

Body of Review: Danny "Pat Myne" Case was a performer for years before starting to direct porn for companies like 3rd Degree. It could be argued that this is a generic formula employed by many but the closer you look at the end results (at least of any movie he has significant control over), the more you see that while not great for everyone, he does give quite a show.
