Audio/Video Quality: Sticky Sweet 2 was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Robby D. for Digital Playground using the MPEG-2 codec in the standard definition release with a 480i resolution. The lighting was reasonably solid here, the scenes presented in vignette form by the talented director. While I generally prefer flood lighting in my gonzo porn, Robby has a way of showing it all with less light, the tint of the colors only slightly off as a result (and in some cases, too much light behind the ladies impacting the quality of the picture). The composition of the shots and the editing enhanced the look of the ladies more than a little bit too, proving what this critic has to say about the production team led by Robby with Nick P. working the editing board this time; applying more skill than some of his peers at the company. The DVD mastering showed no obvious compression artifacts (the bitrate varying but often staying around the 4.5 Mbps range when I paid attention) but this was not his clearest effort to date. The bottom line for the scenes was that even if it was a one camera production, the ladies were made to look very nice indeed, the high definition version of this quite anticipated thanks to the visual nature of the scenes. The audio was presented in a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround English (using an audio bitrate of 384 Kbps and the usual 48 kHz sampling rate) with a minimalist leaning similar to the rest of the Jack series, with the vocals always dominating the audio track as I like it. While there wasn't much separation between the channels, if any, the ladies were almost always clearly heard and their moans added to the enjoyment of the show for those keeping track. I suspect the Blu-ray version of this one will exceed the usual upgrade visually given some of the shots here, the production just having that "look" for lack of a better term.

Body of Review: Robby D. has done so much for Digital Playground in the last several years that it is easy to forget how couples oriented they used to be. In short, Sticky Sweet 2, the upcoming sequel to Sticky Sweet 1, provided a lot of fuck for the buck, strokability and replay value courtesy of the ladies, making it one you should keep in mind when it comes out at the end of next month.
