Audio/Video Quality: The Fantasstic Whores 4 was presented in a crisp 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as it was originally shot by director Travis Knight for Gina Lynn Productions in the usual 480p resolution using the MPEG-2 codec. The lighting was decent and the fleshtones were almost always accurate with the amount of video noise minimal. The composition of the shots was such that the ladies were made to look pretty good but with Travis working the camera most of the time, it showed his improved skills. The colors and surroundings were accurate with the lighting plentiful which enhanced the look of the women nicely but it was not the best work to date by the director. There were no compression artifacts (the bitrate was lower than usual, often in the 3.8 Mbps range) or watermarks that I could see, marking this as a step forward for his style to showcase the ladies. The best way to describe this movie is to say that it seemed to be a home movie shot reasonably well if not exactly up to porn standards, the abrupt edits jarring at times and the lighting subpar occasionally but indicative of the mood Travis seemed to be going for. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio tracks in 384 Kbps were okay and I could plainly hear the vocals of the cast at all times but the music still seemed a bit generic to me; an area that I have long fussed about.

Body of Review: Travis Knight is the main director for Gina Lynn Productions, his wife typically letting him handle the production chores while she participates in the scenes from my experience. I took a break from reviewing their stuff because I felt I was getting too close to the happy couple, possibly elevating my ratings due to my biases but figured it had been long enough a break so when The Fantasstic Whores 4 came in recently, I picked it up to check out. This time, the focus was on sports, using former skateboarding legends like Bam Margera and his crew to participate in the festivities. Not knowing much about that area of expertise, I was a little put off by the lack of an introduction telling me who was whom but I suspect that fans of Gina won't care and fans of the guys work on MTV and elsewhere will know exactly who their heroes are so with that, I begin my look at the show. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Atlantic City: Stephanie Sage, a lean brunette walking along the beach, was up first, getting interviewed as the waves crashed in the background. She spoke briefly with Travis and met Willie Wackett under the pier, his gambling about as successful as mine tends to be. His luck with Stephanie though was pretty solid, the couple kissing before they entered the hotel room to get frisky on the bed. This scene looked decidedly more professional, her oral skills deserving of the best he could offer, the rip away dress something I hope she demonstrates the next time she visits Houston (the city, not the man, though she is always welcome at my place...cough). I wanted more Gina Lynn in the scenes too so while I rated it as a Rent It, fans of the guys' exploits will likely find this as appealing as any of their work on MTV's "Jackass" or other media shows (escalating the entertainment value considerably). In short, The Fantasstic Whores 4 really only showed one lady that merited the name and she was not in enough of the scenes to provide the replay value needed for a higher rating, her full scene the only one to stand out as though it were part of another production altogether.
