Extras: The only extra worth mentioning for me at least was the 7:21 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that showcased some of the ladies during their photoshoots. It was light fluff and I wanted to see more but it was decidedly better than the photogallery, cumshot recap, or website info on the disc. The true double sided DVD cover was appreciated as was the slipcover but they hardly make up solid extras.

Audio/Video Quality: Internal Injections 5 was presented in a very appealing 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Sid Knox for Diabolic using the MPEG-2 codec for the standard definition release (using a standard 480p resolution). The lighting was usually optimal and it generally limited the grain, video noise, and shadows other productions seem unable to get rid of far too often; the crotches again not as consistently well lit as they should have been. The composition of the shots weren't always completely flattering to the ladies but at least there was rarely any doubt about what was going on and where it was going; given the quality of the cast, this made it more enjoyable too. The fleshtones were generally accurate and the bitrate hovered in the low 3.2 Mbps area so it did not look bad at all but there were some unusual tint issues in a few scenes (not as bad as a few of his previous works but distinctly noticeable). There were no compression artifacts and the visuals were generally handled pretty well here. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the standard 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate of most productions. The music was generic but the vocals; while plain as could be, could be heard in almost all cases; only slightly hollow at times when the ladies were making it clear their limits were being pushed.

Body of Review: Diabolic is a company that has long provided raincoaters with stroke material, formerly serving as a training ground for upcoming directors as well. These days, their small contingent of directors includes Sid Knox, a guy I have found very capable on occasion when he gets the right crew. His latest movie making it my way is Internal Injections 5, a series I had last seen back with Internal Injections 3, the premise being that the ladies would all take an internal male orgasm by the end of their scene. This time, the talented Alexis Texas, Jayden Jaymes, and Andi Anderson were the lead babes to check out but the entire cast of gals proved to be a delight for fans of curvy women. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Alexis Texas, the sexy blond Texan seen featured on the front cover, was up first in the living room as she teased the camera in her white panties and blue top (seen on the cover). Summary: Internal Injections 5 by director Sid Knox for Diabolic had some very fine moments and a few scenes that really elevated the replay value so I rated it as Recommended. The pacing could have been tighter and the amount of fuck for the buck elevated by including more footage (especially tease footage) but I could not fault the overall quality of the movie as a stroke flick. In short, Internal Injections 5 merited as much attention as Internal Injections 3 before it, the movie the kind that fans will appreciate if they are into the cast and/or the hotty ladies.
