Audio/Video Quality: War On A Rack was presented in a visually appealing anamorphic widescreen color using an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 as shot by director Mick Blue for Zero Tolerance using the MPEG-2 codec employed by standard definition releases with a 480i resolution. The lighting was strong, eliminating the shadows and grain like most of Mick's works in the past, but there seemed to be problems with the resolution and color saturation, perhaps something to do with the newfound production company listed in the credits, Euro Aces. The grain was minimal as was the video noise and I got the impression that someone used older cameras or something given the way it looked like a set of old internet scenes. The bitrate tended to hover around the mid 4.6 Mbps area most of the time I paid any attention to it (but the numbers alone do not tell the whole story in this regard, this being a common mistake my tech buddies don't always understand). The composition of the scenes did not enhance the look of the ladies, each of them used to softer lighting in recent scenes but not needing it for the purposes of this release. The sole audio track was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the standard 192 Kbps rate using a 48 kHz sampling rate most titles are mastered with, the aural experience fairly limited due to the nature of the gonzo shoot. There was also no separation between the channels and the dynamic range was as truncated as ever, standard gonzo audio being okay for most consumers.

Body of Review: Mick Blue is one of the more charming directors at Zero Tolerance, perhaps lacking the wit and technical skill of Mike, the fanboyish devotion of Danny, and the driven style of David but always looking to present the ladies in their best light as his skill allows. His latest flick making it my way was War On A Rack and the pun regarding our heroic troops aside, the emphasis was clearly on showcasing women with large breasts. With women such as Kagney Linn Karter, Phoenix Marie, Courtney Cummz, and others offered up this time, it struck me that at least in regard to casting, there would be few problems getting in the way of a very fun movie, all five of the lengthy scenes providing some tease footage to start off with to sweeten the deal. The back cover described the movie like this: "Prepare yourself for an all-out assault on the largest lactoids in XXX! You'll be ready to "open fire" as our sluts take a pouncing, and their huge howitzers are bouncing. Whatever you call them - Ta ta's, Knockers, Milkers - you'll love our world-class collection of colossal cans! Bottom Line, if you're a fan of huge hootered hotties getting fucked, sucked, prodded and rodded, then we can proudly boast, "Mission Accomplished!"" Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

The good news was that fans of the cast should appreciate all they did to provide a show worthy of your time, money, and seed a time or two, they just could not overcome the variety of smaller issues that arose to hamper their efforts. In short, War On A Rack was more like a war on providing the best possible value for consumers so you might want to check this one out before picking up a copy for yourself, most of the scenes appearing to be made for other projects and lumped into this one.
