Extras: The second disc had the best extras with a bonus scene from Gangbang My Face #1 leading the way. I described it in detail below for those who care, the scene one of the very best from the series to date, the scene lasting 29:56 minutes. The next best extra was the 12 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Jake Malone. There was extra sex (with Jake minimizing his screen time as much as possible), some funny anecdotes, and creative editing to make it fresh and fun to watch. There was also a photogallery, a cast list, a pop shot recap, some limited filmographies, and some trailers.

Audio/Video Quality: Gangbang My Face #5 was presented in the standard 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as most porn used to be shot in the olden days, by director Jake Malone for Evil Angel in the MPEG-2 codec with 480p resolution. The picture was decent and showed some improvement over a few of his recent releases by using nice lighting, solid composition of most shots (making the women look more appealing than usual), and good fleshtones; looking as technically solid as any of his peers in the Evil Angel, even stable in the portions where the lighting was decent. The bitrate it was offered in was hovering around the 3.9 Mbps range so it wasn't the best looking title of the day but still pretty decently made overall. Jake kept his rough edge and raw energy at full levels while addressing my concerns nicely, marking it as a turning point in his favor if he can keep the momentum going. The editing was minimal but jumpy at times and the darker themes of the flick were on the grainy side but I did not see many compression artifacts or edge enhancement so those of you with larger television sets may appreciate the picture more than usual. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English in 192 Kbps using a 48 kHz sampling rate and was generally well done although it wasn't anything out of the ordinary for a gonzo production. I could hear the gals moan, groan, and talk dirty so I was pleased with it but there wasn't any separation between the channels and the dynamic range wasn't all that great either.

Body of Review: Jake Malone is one of the few directors these days willing to push the limits of his cast, his crew, and even his audience in terms of just how far he is willing to take them with his graphic displays of gonzo porn. Whether or not this is a good thing will depend on what your individual tastes are but I have always thought it to be important that someone out there helped make it easier for the rest of the directors to see they were not automatically going to gross people out (by being able to point to guys like Jake, who go further). His latest tidbit of shock gonzo is Gangbang My Face #5: Special Set, a series I last reviewed with Gangbang My Face #3. The theme of the day was women who orally took on a lot of guys in a messy, sloppy, downright nasty manner, most of their efforts limited to the hardcore oral as opposed to a wider variety of circus act sex. The company website described it like this: "Gang Bang My Face 5 is hands-down the best entry yet in Jake Malone's outrageous face-fucking series. Seven playful but edge-pushing, hard fetish-themed scenes feature teen submissives Amy Starz and Charlotte Vale, as well as femme-domme scenarios driven by superbitches Sophie Dee, Jessica Bangkok and cover pastry London Keys, truly like you've never seen her before. In all, the oral action was marked heated, even when contrasted by the slightly similar action provided earlier; the scene showing more intensity and energy for some reason. Still, if you're into this kind of thing, Jake made sure to offer up a lot of nasty suck for the buck to make Gangbang My Face #5: Special Set nearly as heated as Gangbang My Face #3 was awhile back so give it a look.
