Extras: The best extra for many of you will be the 38:35 minute long bonus scene between Gina Lynn and James Deen from "Control Freaks" though it was unrelated to this production in any way. For me then, the 29:27 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage in the form of "Cutting Room Floor" material was the best, mostly showing interviews of the ladies as they got ready for their scenes (lots of added nudity too). There were trailers and a photogallery as well as a slip cover and true double sided DVD cover as well.

Audio/Video Quality: Fetish Fucks 4 was presented in an anamorphic widescreen color with an approximate aspect ratio of 1.78:1 as shot by director Van Styles for Vouyer Media in the MPEG-2 encoded standard definition using 480p resolution. The lighting was flat and even, substantially better than that which you'll find in most gonzo porn and topping a couple of his other recent efforts at the company. There was little grain and the fleshtones were accurate, reminding me of how splendid most of the movies released by the company have been of late (at least the ones I voted on for a few industry award shows). The composition of the shots was such that the ladies were made to look as good as Van Styles could make them, the director wisely selecting the shapeliest asses in the business this time. The compression rate was typically in the mid 3.3 Mbps area, moving about but rarely showing a need for less compression as some titles elsewhere have needed. The editing was on the minimalist end at the hands of Van himself, the man crafting his work in post production as carefully as he shot the scenes. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in 256 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) but there was no significant separation between the channels and the vocals were on the low side in all but a few circumstances. Still, I could hear every monaural moan and groan in the post production enhanced release, pretty much what one would expect from a gonzo title.

Body of Review: Van Styles is currently something of the lead director at Vouyer Media now that Vince has left for presumably greener pastures, his stylish manner of shooting hardcore gonzo fuck flicks noticed by a number of people in a favorable manner. His latest release crediting him as director (remember, he shoots for a variety of other directors) making it to me is Fetish Fucks 4, a series of five scenes starring some of the hottest booty babes in porn at this writing. The action did not always include anal penetrative sex but the ladies made it work thanks to the manner in which they offered up lots of fetish-laced tease, enjoyment of what they were doing, and some connection with their male partners in the scenes to make this a decidedly solid gonzo title worth checking out.
