Extras: The first disc had no extras to speak of, allowing for the bitrate to be slightly higher on the footage displayed. The second disc was where all the extras action was at, the best extra being the 39:45 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage. There was mostly extra sex, a lot of extra nudity, and some interviews; with the women and company all goofing off to add some value to the feature. Audio/Video Quality: Anal POV 7 was presented in the same 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen the scenes were originally shot in by director Erik Everhard for Jules Jordan Video using the MPEG-2 codec (sporting 480 resolution). The quality of the visuals varied a bit here but Everhard focused less on the technical matters instead of maintaining the usual sexual energy and chemistry. The lighting was decent and that eliminated most of the problems associated with gonzo productions, Erik's works virtually always a few notches above the competition from what I've seen over the years. The editing by Brad Stark could have used some polishing up but the basics were covered handily, the end result pretty close to what I expected out of the show, all of the footage shot in POV (point of view) by Erik himself. The bitrate was all over the charts here with much of the footage coming in around the 4.2 Mbps range but there were not a lot of compression artifacts present that I could see. The audio was offered up in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate but there was no separation noticed that I could figure out, and the dynamic range was pretty limited too; the scenes coming from quickly shot gonzo; the guerilla shooting style favored by pornographers everywhere. The limited music was okay but nothing special.

His latest movie making it my way is Anal POV 7: Special Edition, a popular series revisited with Erik nailing some of the choicest hotties in all of porn, doing them in point of view fashion. The other quality fans like the series for is the dominance of anal action here, some of the ladies more experienced in the backdoor arts but all of them showcased repeatedly getting impaled anally by the powerhouse of puckers himself. In short, Anal POV 7: Special Edition had a lot of fuck for the buck (clocking in at just under five hours) but it was the quality of the action as advertised that really set it apart from so many of the generic titles out there on the market.
