Five-foot Pepper prances for a few moments before admitting to Dan (with

[Scene Four]  London Keyes

Nineteen year old London Keys chats with Dan long enough to coax her

A seven minute Behind the Scenes segment keeps its eye
mainly on Charley and London as they do prep work for their respective
scenes, including trying on the right sets of underwear and, in the latter's
case, showering afterward.  Also tacked on are a few goofs with Kirra, though the section seems to be downright skimpy.  Additional segments
include Barely Legal: How It All Began (a few-minutes' dossier
on the original series regarding its late and lamented main man, Clive Mclean, and featuring
b-roll footage with the one and only Jezaree!), a few related Hustler Trailers (six in all), a Slide Show, and a bevvy of commercials for additional, non-value added entities that probably won't enhance your
viewing experience (Hustler Hollywood, Sex Talk/Chat Lines/etc.).  Skimpy, indeed!

Audio/Visual
Quality

The 16x9 enhanced picture was brought in at 1.78:1 high
definition, with a standard 2.0 channel audio track.  A variance in
picture quality happened more often than not, given that the locale for the majority of the
scenes was a sparsely rented room somewhere (taking a cue from the
outdoor noise that would sneak through the semi-impervious walls,
probably somewhere close to an airstrip) with low, unbalanced light.
Green shifts hit the spectrum hard at certain times (London's, for instance), lending a pall to the
onscreen events that threatened to veer the whole mood off track.
Likewise, the camera work sometimes reaches out too far, with
director Dan struggling to capture everything in his frame, even if that
means twisting the darn contraption around and sending us, the viewers, into a tailspin of confused booty shaking.
It's a given that this was probably his first foray into the widescreen
format, though the learning curve is something that more die-hard
fans will be more than willing to suffer.  I'm sure subsequent volumes
will be less chaotic, but for this one, you might want to have a jar of antacids nearby.

Overall Thoughts

Direct
as it is and could ever be, Barely Legal P.O.V. #6 keeps the name and
tradition alive, even if Dirty Dan seems to be stuttering from a
technological standpoint.  His methods of banging young ladies such as these is still
more than enough to be counted, even if the legacy suffers by way of
growing pains.  Charley and Cassandra earn the highest marks overall,
with Kirra making short work of veteran Dan with that bubbling, bustling
booty of hers.  And while Pepper and Lilly's work here does have its moments, London keeps the
middle ground solid with a heap of enthusiasm but less overall follow
through.  In keeping with this line of quality, I can only offer a Rent It recommendation at best, as even I, POV lover that I am, feel frustrated with the end result rather than feeling the highly satisfying vibes that have filled all the
previous volumes of this particular series.  C'est la vie - keep it going, Dirty Dan!
