Audio/Video Quality: I Love Gina 2 was presented in a crisp 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as it was originally shot by directors Gina Lynn & Travis Knight for Gina Lynn Productions in the usual 480p resolution using the MPEG-2 codec. The lighting was decent and the fleshtones were almost always accurate with the amount of video noise minimal. The composition of the shots was such that the ladies were made to look pretty good but with Travis working the camera most of the time, it showed his improved skills. The colors and surroundings were accurate with the lighting plentiful which enhanced the look of the women nicely but it was not the best work to date by the director. There were no compression artifacts (the bitrate was lower than usual, often in the 4.5 Mbps range) or watermarks that I could see, marking this as a step forward for his style to showcase the ladies. The best way to describe this movie is to say that it seemed to be a home movie shot reasonably well if not exactly up to porn standards, the abrupt edits jarring at times and the lighting subpar occasionally but indicative of the mood Travis seemed to be going for. The bonus scene and the last scene of the movie looked really weak compared to the rest of the movie too, different enough that I felt they should be singled out as the type best suited for bonus footage, but more Gina Lynn is always considered the refrain from fans so your mileage may vary considerably. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio tracks in 192 Kbps (using a 48 kHz sampling rate) were okay and I could plainly hear the vocals of the cast at all times but the music still seemed a bit generic to me; an area that I have long fussed about.

Body of Review: Gina Lynn has long been a popular lady in the porn world, most of her efforts in recent years coming out of Gina Lynn Productions to be distributed by Jules Jordan Video. I know she has been busy with all sorts of projects in the mainstream world of late, her company making very few titles for fans to appreciate, hence the inherent value for fans in the recently released I Love Gina 2, the sequel to 4+ year old I Love Gina 1. The quick version of this review is that it is a must have for fans of Gina Lynn since it contains four all new scenes as well as a grainy bonus scene of her and Angelina Valentine going at it. For those of you on the fence about the production, the movie serves as a reminder of why established women are better than newcomer girls in most cases, Gina having a ball as she played with an admittedly strange set of men in one on one scenes. By far, the best scene was the first one with Lexington Steele, the others dropping quickly off the radar in terms of replay value, at least two of them quite disposable by any standard other than Gina's appearance. Make no mistake that Gina's fans will definitely want to pick up a copy as a "must have" simply because new footage of her is becoming relatively scarce, the sexy blond bombshell best seen in person as a feature dancer, but casual observers will probably consider this one to be better as a Rent It when taking all the factors such as the partners, the technical issues, and the running time of the quality scene compared to the rest of the batch. In short, whatever flaws were noted with I Love Gina 2, the sequel to I Love Gina 1 provided enough new material with lovely Gina Lynn that fans will overlook them in favor of the stroke value she provided otherwise, the fit lass more experienced but no less physically desirable.
