Audio/Video Quality: Busty Lifeguards was presented in a decent 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as released by director Mason/Sam No for Elegant Angel using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec with 480 resolution. The camera work was again solid with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows so the picture appeared to be in line with her other work to date. Mason has made or assisted on a number of titles over the years, the technical matters taking back seat (pun intended) to the raw energy of the sex, but her skill levels have definitely been improving with the camera too, showing she pays attention for those that care (in fact, most of her current works look almost identical to those of Nutsack). I saw no compression artifacts though there was about 4.6 Mbps video bitrate but the composition of the camera angles strongly favored the ladies and their well lit bodies. The compositions of the shots helped maximize the potential of the ladies too, rarely relying on extreme close ups all the time as some seem destined to do and the editing by Robert LaPlanc allowing her vision to remain as complete as possible. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases. For those keeping track, the audio was offered in a 256 Kbps offering with a 48 kHz sampling rate, the grunts and groans heard well enough but the music by Mybeatshop, Shadowplaybeats, & William H. Nutsack elevating the proceedings nicely.

Body of Review: Mason/Sam No is one of the few directors that truly seems to love her work, fitting right in at Elegant Angel. While others direct "in name only" to thunderous applause and accolades, she sets about her passion of making some darned fine smut that is not only strokable but typically presents the cast members in their best light possible, increasingly rare in this day & age of corner cutting and budget cuts. Her latest release is called Busty Lifeguards, a "sort of" parody on the legendary "Baywatch" with the ladies wearing form fitting red outfits before stripping down to showcase their respective charms. The cast included extreme queen Phoenix Marie, busty Shyla Stylez, cuties Jayden Jaymes, Charley Chase, and Sophie Dee; all of whom did a fine job of convincing me that I need to watch more porn with my significant other (she is a fan of Phoenix, Shyla, and Charley with the other two growing on her mind too). Each scene was slightly different in how it was broached, some tease tossed in but not as openly as the "Big Wet" titles or other works by the infamously talented director.
