A photo gallery, slideshow, and some trailers are included here for bonus features. There's also a Behind the Scenes featurette with loads of outtakes, on set interviews, and joking around between the cast members. It's fun and well produced. The BTS feature clocks in at just under nine minutes.

This Blu-ray release is also a DVD combo pack, so you get both high and standard definition versions of the title. Personally, I think a Digital Copy would have been the better choice instead of a separate DVD, but maybe I'm alone in that. I don't see myself bringing an adult DVD on the road, though a digital copy for the iPod or iPad, or some other mobile device, just would have been more convenient.

Audio/Video:

Love & Marriage is presented on Blu-ray with a full 1080p high definition with AVC encoding. The film looks great with sharp details, rich black levels, and nice definition overall. Beads of sweat, strands of hair, and bodily fluids come through with amazing clarity as one would expect. Even the DVD fairs well from the HD shooting. The release still featured some grain and some blocking at times, but even so this is still a fantastic transfer.

The Dolby Digital 5.1 surround isn't much of a slouch either, but anyone looking for a Lossless Master Audio track or the like will be left wanting. The quality is good and there's plenty of clarity in the soundstage, but a fine hiss is present in the background and there're some balance issues. It's better sounding than the average porn for sure, and there's some dynamism with rear channel use for music and such.

Review:

Robby D. is renowned for making high quality porn flicks that manage to combine story and sex rather effectively. While they don't exactly feature mainstream quality scripts or acting, they are more involved than the average adult title in the sense that there's continuity and a sense of progress rather than just one scene right after another. The lasted attempt from Robby D. for Digital Playground is Love & Marriage. With performers such as Kayden Kross, Jessie Andrews, Lisa Ann, and Breanne Benson, this title has a lot of hotness. The ultimate question, however, is whether or not it's worth checking out.

This being a Robby D. feature, there are no clearly defined scenes, at least not how we usually think of them. Love & Marriage begins with the lovely Kayden in a psychiatrists office talking about how she's unhappy in her marriage and she doesn't know why. Her husband has a good job, he's attentive enough, and he has a big dick, but that simply isn't enough for her for some reason. From here the film cuts to an office birthday party for Mick Blue, who gets a little blonde surprise after he blows out the candles. Scott seems to have convinced one of the office girls, Breanne Benson, to bang him, and naturally Mick is okay with that. The scene looked great with plenty of close-ups and well shot moments, however, the action was rather dry. There wasn't much in the way of chemistry and it really felt like the performers were just going through the motions.

Moving on, Love & Marriage lets us get a glimpse at Kayden without a top as she preps for dinner with friends. Her husband, Scott, comes across and the vibe turns sour rather quickly. Later on Lisa Ann and Tommy Gunn pay the couple a visit and after a few bites they excuse themselves to the kitchen. Who cares whether or not they have company! Lisa and Tommy get it on in the kitchen and there's some rather fun foreplay with a can of whipped cream. Eventually Lisa finds herself bent over the pantry taking Tommy deep and hard from behind. The highlight here was when she flipped over and propped a leg over his shoulder to take him fully while looking him in the eye. She gave him lots of sexy looks during this and after the main course the couple finishes off with some, um...creamy dessert.

After Scott and Kayden get home they have a little dessert themselves. There's a little relationship talk that gives way to sex and the action here is rather explosive. While both performers do a fantastic job and there's a great deal of chemistry between them, Kayden steals the spotlight. She really, and I mean REALLY, gets into the sex here. Multiple times during this scene you see her quivering from orgasm and she's quite vocal about it, I assure you. What kind of relationship problems could these two possibly have? Oh, wait, Scott's a cheating son of a gun! That probably has something to do with it.

In the next scene of Love & Marriage, Scott introduces a new employee, Jessie Andrews, to his receptionist and mentions that the two should get better acquainted. In the next moment he brings the two girls into his office and looks on as they get to know each other in a more intimate kind of way. Lots of kissing, licking, and petting comes next and eventually Scott gets involved in the threesome. The scene had plenty going for it, but it didn't have the spark that was featured in the previous two pieces of action. The girls are great looking and Scott goes through the motions, but there's no "pop" (well, you know what kind of pop I mean).

As the plot continues Kayden walks in on Scott, who is in the bathroom pooping (yup, that's right). She decides it's time to leave him and in predictable fashion she runs to see her psychiatrist for the kind of healing she needs. Once again Kayden is amazing in this scene. She really goes all out and her panting, moaning, and facial expressions will leave you breathless. This scene has plenty going for it, but my favorite moment was the slow, deep, and passionate cowgirl. Kayden goes for one hell of a ride and it was one of the hottest moments in this release, bringing Love & Marriage to a steamy close.

Summary:

Love & Marriage is a success. The story is rather paper thin as one would expect, but the sex is outstanding for the most part. Aside from the bits that take place in Scott's office, the content with Kayden and Lisa is sultry and must be seen to be appreciated. It's another hot Blu-ray release from Digital Playground and comes highly recommended in the end.
