Audio/Video Quality: Evil Anal 13 was presented in the same 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen the scenes were originally shot in by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel using the MPEG-2 codec (sporting 480 resolution). The quality of the visuals varied a bit here but Manuel focused less on the technical matters instead of maintaining the usual sexual energy and chemistry. The lighting was decent and that eliminated most of the problems associated with gonzo productions, Manuel's works virtually always a few notches above the competition from what I've seen over the years. The editing was decent, if a little rushed, and the minor quirks on the technical side did not deter me from enjoying the scenes most of the time. The bitrate was all over the charts here with much of the footage coming in around the 5.1 Mbps range but there were not a lot of compression artifacts present that I could see. The audio was offered up in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate but there was no separation noticed that I could figure out, and the dynamic range was pretty limited too; the scenes coming from quickly shot gonzo; the guerilla shooting style favored by pornographers everywhere. Some portions were not as easy to hear as well.

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara is one of the nicest porn directors, his work in front of the camera typically enough to drive women wild as seen from personal experience. His latest release making it my way for review is called Evil Anal 13, the title emphasizing a wild host of babes into anal action. I was slightly disappointed that Manuel did not get to tap Chanel Preston’s fine ass but in total, there was certainly a lot to appreciate here given the chemistry and enthusiastic trysts included.

In short, Evil Anal 13 was just a single disc release but still well worth your time, money, and seed if you want some of the best sexual trysts available containing hotties like Katsuni, Chanel Preston, Asa Akira, Kristina Rose, and Amy Brooke.
