Overview:  It’s really unfortunate to see companies such as Third Degree Films struggle in today’s piracy climate.  Smaller video production companies have been forced to scale back to producing two or three new titles a month. As a result, it’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to review a Third Degree title.  Nevertheless, Danny Case helms Busty Athletics, which is a straight forward gonzo title focusing on big titties.  In addition to busty girls, the theme also includes working out/gym scenarios.  From the get-go, Danny does a great casting job with the likes of Halie James, Alexa Nicole, and two of my personal favorites, Yurizan Beltran and Courtney Cummz.  Lastly, Third Degree works us with this synopsis:

Special Features:  Director Danny Case and Third Degree go light on the extras and only include: a photo gallery, twelve minutes of trailers, a popshot recap, and a behind the scenes feature.  The only worthwhile extra being the BTS footage, which clocks in at eleven minutes. The footage is centered on pre-production and stills being taken of Alexis Nicole, Halie James, Franceska Jaimes, and Cournet Cummz.

Audio/Video Quality:  Audio is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo (192 Kbps) with no negative artifacts present throughout the presentation.  Director Danny Case presents Busty Athletics in 1.78:1 aspect ratio utilizing the MPEG-2 codec at 480i. Video quality is acceptable, but colors looked soft at times and lacked depth and didn’t “pop” as we’ve grown accustom to.

Final Thoughts:  Danny Case and Third Degree really surprised me with this sleeper hit.  In all honestly, Third Degree Films can easily be lost in the shuffle of mid-level studios, especially as everyone pounds out parodies left and right. However, upon close inspection, Busty Athletics offers a stellar cast and each girl really delivered with her respectable co-star.  The skin flick moves quickly and more importantly never has you itching for the fast-forward button.  Ultimately, any fan of busty girls and/or gonzo flicks should give Busty Athletics a spin as you’ll be pleasantly surprised.  Highly Recommended
