Audio/Video Quality:  Audio is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo in each of the ten scenes.  Unfortunately, the audio is not very strong and varies throughout each scene.  Additionally, the camera mic picks up many artifacts and background noise.  Also, dialogue between Moore and the girls is hard to hear at times and requires the volume to be turned up higher than normal.  As for the visual aspect of the disc, Moore does a great job behind the camera.  A majority of the scenes were shot within the last three years or so and the video holds up nicely.  Video is presented in 1.78:1 aspect ratio using the MPEG-2 codec at 480i resolution.

Final Thoughts: As Kevin Moore climbs the ranks of the industry, he does a great job with Panty Pops #4.  Moore produces a strong title that will cater to those who enjoy the panty worship niche.  Moore includes over two hours and ten beautiful girls, who each deliver great scenes.  Panty Pops #4 is not perfect, but does include eight must-see scenes.  Additionally, those who enjoy Moore’s panty work might be inclined to check out his paid membership website.  It’s obvious that Moore has a foreseeable future, which is why John Stagliano has attached his Buttman Magazine Choice name.  Highly Recommended
