Overview: This is the series where Manuel Ferrara can really unleash his real sexual prowess and show how it’s supposed to be done. Raw 10 is Manuel’s raw, real, and totally raunchy POV where he once again manages to snag a bevy of beauties, all of whom are different in fucking abilities, looks, personality, but all fall under the spell of Manuel. This isn’t pretty, it’s as gritty as you get.

Scene 1 Lillian, Manuel Ferrara

Manuel meets up with Lillian and after a little flirt and tease, Manuel takes her back to the hotel room where Lillian performs a striptease for Manuel. Lillian isn’t drop-dead gorgeous but she’s pretty enough for Manuel who gets hard at the site of her naked. She drops to her knees and starts sucking off Manuel. Manuel gets her to the bed and begins banging her non-stop—literally—for the next hour. The first 20 minutes were devoted to tease then it’s nothing but sex afterwards. Anal ensues at around the 50 minute mark—Lillian’s first time—and proves to be unable to take it in the ass for very long but gives it a good try. As you know, I’m not a fan of films or scenes that go on forever, and this scene certainly goes over the limit. Because of the length of the film it appears the performers, especially Lillian, seem to be going through the motions, even bored at time. Manuel forgets he’s filming as there is a point where the camera is pointed on him when the camera is stationary and Manuel doesn’t realize it. Basically when a scene goes on this long, without editing the eroticness is lost as it is lost here. My advice is to fast forward during the scene because there are lots of moments where the heat fizzles off quite a bit.

Scene 2 Yurizan Beltran, Manuel Ferrara

Yurizan arrives at Manuel’s door wearing a fur coat. A minute after stepping outside she drops her coat and reveals her totally nude body and big tits. I hadn’t seen Yurizan in a while and she’s much thinner than before, and her tits appear bigger (probably due to her weight loss). Honestly, Yurizan looks nice but if given a choice I’d prefer the curview Yurizan. Manuel likes what he sees and the two waste no time going at each other. On the couch Manuel fucks Yurizan in a variety of positions and no position is off limits. They fuck like jack rabbits with Yurizan cumming multiple times. The only non-anal scene sees Yurizan holding her own with Manuel, barely, but still able to walk. Again, this scene goes on longer than necessary, over an hour, and because of it the scene loses steam long before it ends.

Scene 3 Ivana Sugar, Manuel Ferrara

Ivana begins the scene in the tub but she wants Manuel to join her. He does and Manuel nicely handles the camerawork and the fucking Ivana at the same time. Ivana is cute European girl with a small tight body but can definitely fuck and tries to hold her own with Manuel. She needs time to develop as a performer but she still manages to last a good while with Manuel. Even in anal, Ivana looks like she loves every inch going in her. Because of the rawness of the film, the scene drags on. It could have benefitted from some editing. I still a good scene to watch, but you’ll definitely want to fast-forward through some dragging parts.

Scene 4 Alissa Kate, Manuel Ferrara

Alissa, the stunning exotic model from the boxcover, is up last and she performs in a photo shoot with Manuel. Once nude Manuel takes advantage and gets on top of her. Manuel for more than half the scene, doesn’t do POV, instead relying on just having the camera sit on a counter to capture Manuel getting it on with Alissa. I can’t blame him, Alissa is a stunner who Manuel really likes. But it seems to be all about him. We barely see much of Alissa’s body and with Manuel literally on top of her, we see a lot of Manuel, not enough of Alissa. When Manuel picks up the camera, we finally get a few good shots of Alissa, especially when she sucks off Manuel one final time, sucking off her ass juices and swallowing Manuel’s cum as she doesn’t let go until he cums in her mouth. Like the previous scene, this ending could’ve benefitted from some edititing. Too much rawness does make any film seem to go on forever.

Summary: With two discs and over four hours long, the film really is in need of editing. I know that takes away from the theme but even in porn, rawness can and should be edited or tweaked just a bit. The imperfections, the long drown-out conversations, the endless sex that seems to be going nowhere, etc., does contribute to the scenes losing steam and whatever strokability the scene had, gets limped. Manuel Ferrara is the best male performer I’ve ever seen, and his other films he’s personally directed, including other POV scenes I’ve enjoyed but his Raw series needs work as I’ve yet to see a volume that really impresses me. Rocco Siffredi has similar series and his work is outstanding. I debated  as to give this a Rent It or Recommend. It’s a Recommend as the final two scenes did manage to carry the steaminess a while longer than the first two scenes. I hope this series improves or at the very least, edit some of the footage, shoot more of the sex in POV rather than keeping it at a distance to where you can’t see the girl, and end the sex quicker. I can’t imagine anyone but a reviewer willing to sit through all four-plus hours without hitting fast-forward several times during each scene.
