Audio/Video Quality: Cock Happy 4 was presented in the usual 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Belladonna for Evil Angel. Still, it was not significantly worse than most gonzo titles out at this time, the sonic portion less important to most fans than the visuals.

In short, Cock Happy 4 was a return to Belladonna’s roots where her desire for cock was clearly in evidence, the use of second stringers a bit disappointing but Bella shining like she always does.
