Audio/Video Quality: Sheena Shaw Wide Open was presented in the same 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen the scenes were originally shot in by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel. The quality of the visuals varied a bit here but Manuel focused less on the technical matters instead of maintaining the usual sexual energy and chemistry. The lighting was decent and that eliminated most of the problems associated with gonzo productions, Manuel's works virtually always a few notches above the competition from what I've seen over the years. The editing was decent and the minor quirks on the technical side did not deter me from enjoying the scenes. The company watermark was also prominent in the lower right corner, something I do not generally care about though many of my readers do. The audio was offered up in 2.0 Dolby Digital English but there was no separation noticed that I could figure out, and the dynamic range was pretty limited too; the scenes coming from quickly shot gonzo; the guerilla shooting style favored by pornographers everywhere.

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara is one of the most sought after performers in the industry, his directorial efforts at Evil Angel providing the basics of heated sex, passionate ladies, and his ever present amounts of chemistry that few of his peers can offer these days. His latest release making it my way for review is Sheena Shaw Wide Open, the four scenes all showcasing the growing popularity of extreme gonzo performer, Sheena Shaw. All four scenes provided Sheena with ample opportunity to strut her stuff, the gal exceeding my already high expectations given the way she threw herself into the fray with such passion and enthusiasm, her pure sex drive bringing out the best in all her partners. In short, Sheena Shaw Wide Open was just a single disc release but Sheena Shaw made this one her own right away, the circus act sex tricks all appreciated but at the core of things, Sheena’s desire to do it all proved to be the best selling point so check it out.
