However, the production values and a couple of average scenes weigh it down a bit. The scenes with Julia Ann and the return of Alison Kilgore were the definite highpoints of the release. But the overall quality does not merit a higher rating. My recommendation is to Rent It. It is worth watching once, but unless you are a huge fan of Julia Ann, it won’t replay often in your rotation.
